Arrival Procedures
Upon arrival at the car park, drive up to the entry barrier and press for a ticket. The barrier will lift, enter the parking compound and proceed to park in an available space as directed. The terminal is a short walk away. Please note that you will need to take your car park entry ticket and booking confirmation with you, for your return and exit.Departure Procedures
On your return to Luton airport, please go to the APCOA customer service desk that is located within the terminal building. Present your car park entry ticket and booking confirmation and this will be validated in order to enable you to exit the parking compound.After you have validated your ticket, return to the car park, drive up to the exit barrier and enter your validated ticket to gain exit.
