A few hiccups that were sorted quickly and efficiently - I had trouble changing my booking on-line, but a webchat with a very efficient young lady got that sorted and then at Luton it didn't recognise our ticket as prepaid, but this was sorted in seconds when we pressed the button for assistance. Excellent!

I do feel that the isle marking in the multi storey car park needs improving St Albans I had slight difficulty locating my car on return .

We followed your instructions on entry, that was fine although the signs could be better. However our ticket required us to pay on exit even though we had pre-paid. We used the buzzer & staff were qkuick & helpful but we shouldn't have to buzz

Everything went very smoothly, entry and exit both easy. Thank you. The only thing that would have made things easier was the knowledge that the airport route was on the second floor, we parked at ground level and I don't go in lifts.

On exit the barrier would not accept the ticket. I had to call for help, only then would the barrier release the car.

Parking is easy. Although when we entered ticket in exit machine a £400 exit charge came up. We pressed the help button & said we prepaid so the person had to manually exit us. This was our only problem. Delay was only a couple of minutes but it does give you a bit of a shock!!!

I have parked my car in the multi storey car park and at the end of my holiday I find my car scratched and damaged,i asked the staff to give me any advise but they been very ignorant,so i will advise who ever goes to Luton Airport to do not park there is very expensive and they don't offer any support,rather than that park outside is more cheaper and more safe

It was really easy. Carpark was well signposted and it is a very short walk to the terminal.carpark was well maintained. Thought it a little bit expensive but decided to treat ourselves and am glad we did, it took a lot of stress out of the journey.

No not able to exit car park, had to call for help then to tell them my booking code to be able to exit car park! After having a 2 hour delay did not need this, why does this happen the method never seem to work either on entry or leaving car parks as f the camera does not recognise the number plates and was not if the car was clean as it was cleaned the day before travel.

Not possible to take a ticket from the machine on entry as the barrier was up and there was no-one to ask. We drove in anyway and had to speak to someone at the exit barrier to get out, so not perfect and a bit worrying at the time as we were new to the car park and unsure of what to do. Easy to get to the terminal, though, and plenty of spaces available. Nice to come back to a cool car despite the heat outside, and not to have to wait for a transfer bus.
