"Would have been "10", but a lengthy delay at airport on return took a bit of shine off. A better response to 'phone call would have also helped." / 10

"At the time of booking, we were advised that the mini bus to the airport left Carrington Airparks at regular 20 min intervals. We duly arrived in plenty of time only to sit on the bus at 4.20 in the morning for 25 mins, freezing cold as the driver left the bus door open. On our return to the airport, i telephoned the office (girl Tracey was extremely polite and professtional), to be told that the next bus would be along in approx 20 mins. This duly turned into 30 minutes." / 10

"The shuttle bus to the airport did not run as frequently as advertised Therefore, we arrived at the airport extremely late and had to run through the entire airport to the gate. We barely made it and were the last passengers on the plane." / 10

"Security very good. Distance past the airport surprisingly great for 'Cheshire recommended'. Unfamiliar M60 to us was confusing - missed the Junction 7 and 8 sign as we expected a sign just for J 8." / 10

"We booked our airport parking with you and everything was ok but one little niggle was having to wait half an hour for return shuttle in the cold at Manchester, but apart from that everything went very smoothly. Someone even fixed my key fob for my car. Thankyou." / 10

"We found this to be the easiest of all ways to get to the airport. We could leave home as soon as we were ready. The staff at the Airpark were friendly and the check in process was easy. When we returned from our holiday, we only waited a few minutes for the shuttle bus and the process of collecting our car was really quick. As an added bonus, this worked out MUCH cheaper than getting a taxi. We would certainly use this service again and would also recommend it to our friends." / 10

"I found holiday extras extremely easy to use and found dealing with them very efficient and hassle free. However, I was very disappointed with the company that ran our airport transfer as they ran late even though the bus was standing outside - I sat on it for twenty-five minutes before it set off. A quarter of an hour later than scheduled when already running late due to an accident on the motorway. We also had to wait for over half an hour on the return journey to be picked up even though the website advertised that the buses would run from the pick up point every twenty minutes - very frustrating when it is early in the morning and you have returned from a 7 hour flight. Overall, Holiday Extras were brilliant but the service from the company that ran the transfers was very very poor." / 10

"Staff polite when they eventually answered phone. Service on return at 2208hrs terminal 3 Manchester 0n 29.06.2009 was AWFUL. Waited 1 hour 25 minutes at bus stop for courtesy bus to collect despite 4 phone calls. Think that excuse that bus from Carrington ran out of fuel is a bit pathetic." / 10

"The car parking service provided was excellent. The only reason I gave 8 out of 10 and not full marks is that we waited over half an hour for the bus to pick us up from Manchester Airport and I had to ring to ask how long it was going to be. Otherwise I would have given a 10 out of 10." / 10
