"we just had a bit longer to wait to be picked up than stated. the bus came to pick us up on our return after about half an hour when we were expecting 20 mins. other than that, fine. this is the fourth or fith time i have used this service and will use it again." / 10

"We had to wait 35 minutes to be picked up by the coach to return us to our car. The returns were supposed to be every 10 minutes. The driver informed us that the pick ups are every 25 minutes depending on traffic!! The WALK from and to the pickup points to the terminals take about 10 minutes too. " / 10

"The service from Holiday Extras was very good, but the bus service was not it drops you of at the train station some 1½ miles from check in and on the return you have to do the same 1½ miles back (feels like 10 ) it stated that there was a bus every 15 mins we waited over 30 mins." / 10

"On arrival at the airparks with my booking details, I did not expect to supply details of the flights as this was already provided whilst booking the parking. The minimum of information required when leaving the vehical is naturally more enjoyable whilst passengers are pre-occupied with other aspects of the pending flights." / 10

"Yes, in general I was suprised how well everything came together. The facilities and staff were actually better than I first imagined. The hotel tres Islas caters for a large German customer base but that wass not a problem as it seemed to ensure good service and excellent food." / 10

"Used the parking at Manchester. All as described. In addition the staff were extremely helpful when, on my return from holiday the car refused to start. They got me away in 15 mins at no extra charge - could you please pass on my thanks. Only downside is the distance from the airport hence journey time - but I guess thats why you are amongst the cheapest." / 10

"I called and arranged a meet and greet for the return and the service was fantastic, so easy! I would definatly do this again. My only issue was we waited maybe 20 minutes for the coach to the airport which though as described was a little long." / 10
