Checking online for the car park was so easy. Parking was simple at Manchester airport right by terminal. On return exit of the car park was again easy.

couldn't have been simpler...book on line,turn up, put luggage in mini bus, park car, KEEP YOUR KEYS, get in mini bus and driven to departures. On return phone up, wait 10 minutes to be collected... will and have already recommended to others who have booked with you. THANK YOU.

Basically the system worked well and we had no problems with parking arrangements. However, on leaving the Premier Park Site we were advised to turn left for motorways at the end of that stretch of road there is a T junction but no indication as to where to go for appropriate roads, we turned right and went north instaed of south and got lost? To get a sign at the end of the road might not be within the remit of Premier Parks but a request to the highway authority might help.

Dear ????,We were very pleased to be able to park in the Terminal 1 Multi story and it proved to be a good price as we were there only 5 days. We were a little late to collect the car as there had been a 1 1/2 hour delay in Frankfurt but it seems that this might have been taken into consideration and we were allowed to exit quickly and easily without any extra cost ...... However ..... The instructions on how where to park were very confusing. We were looking for 'long stay' parking and found ourselves in a massive open air car-park, a long way from the Terminal. We panicked! Luckily we were allowed out of the car park (without charge) and found our way back to the "Short Stay" Multi story which became the "Long Stay" Multi story CP but not until we were INSIDE! The rest of the experience was pleasant and trouble free. It would help if this was made clearer to future customers. Otherwise, thank you for a worry free few days!

We have used the facility for Parking now for the last 4 years and have had excelleant service both on arrival and departure of our holidays. We will certainly be using holiday extras again. We have even booked our yearly insurance this year with you.

We have been using airparks, Hanforth Dean for 9 years now and have always received excellent service. We travel from the North East to Manchester and the meet and greet service you provide is worth every penny, as this reduces our travelling time to home, after a long flight, by about one hour! An excellent service.

I have used Manchester Premier Park on numerous occasions and can honestly say it's a great way to start your holiday, your car is safe and you get door-to-door transport to the terminal in the bargain!
