A few more lit signs for the bus stops may have been useful. We arrived on a very dark night and it did take a little looking around to find out where to go but nothing really too strenuous. I would reccomend your service as there was only a few minutes wait for the bus coming and going.

Disapointed my car wouldn't start,when phoned control,no jump leads available,told to phone my own emergency car breakdown service,meaning I had to wait over 1 hour in cold.Just come from Australia,tired and not happy.

The barrier machine did not issue a token as expected and there was no obvious notice to say that the system had changed. This caused some stress and we had to press the assistance button. This change should have been flagged up on our booking paperwork ( assuming you knew about it of course ). Otherwise ok.

The bus ride from location T2 in Jet Parks 3 (where we parked), took 30 minutes, which is significantly longer than 10 to 15 minutes.

Yes it did. We found that the instructions for entry were misleading we should collect a token but the barrier lifted and no coin.Exiting was just to drive upto barrier and barrier lifted. Where does the coin come in.

People need to take less room up when parking some had over 2 parking spaces.. had to drive round quite a while in the dark looking for a space. needs to be better organised

There were not many parking spaces left at all took me a while to find a space. The only issue I had was the gravel on the car park, my suitcase was very heavy and I was on my own and found it difficult to pull my case to the bus stop.

We have used Jet Parks 3 on numerous occasions and have no issue with the service. Ok, some of the parking surfaces are not particularly good for wheeled cases but you never have too far to go to the road and it is budget parking so you can't expect too much.
