Everything went smoothly, it didn't recognise my number plate on exit but I pressed the buzzer a lovely helpful and friendly chap took my details and I was soon on my way.

on the last two occasions I have used the Manchester Airport car parks I have had an issue leaving the car park upon my return as it doesn't accept the token or previously recognised my registration plate.I am then asked to pay when I have pre paid. It gets sorted straight away over the intercom but just slightly inconvenient

Everything went to plan - no problems with arrival and departure from Long Stay T3. Bus shelters excellent protection from inclement weather. All in all a good experience

Very disappointed this time. We got to the car park, there were NIL spaces. We drove around and around for nearly an hour before we got one. We had booked into the Escape Lounge in the airport but only got minutes in there so that was £49 wasted plus started the holiday off stressed out.

We had to wait for 3 buses until there was room for us to get on board, making us later arriving at the terminal. There were only 2 of us and we only had hand luggage.

the car park initially said terminal 3 and after a fruitless further search for a term 1 park ended back at same realising both term 1 & 3. it would be better if the park was marked terminal 1 and 3 not 3 and 1!

When I arrived back to my car after my vacation and went up to the barrier you wanted to charge me an extra £192 this was resolved over the intercom I thought the car park was vehicle registration plate controlled obviously it isn't

Staff were very helpful and obliging, as always. The facility is as described, we like the change on entry of not needing the token - it's one less thing to loose on holiday. Wasn't% smooth arriving, the main car park was full, but one of the drivers directed us to area C, but the bus stop was out of commission. Upon return we learned that someone had parked blocking the bus route, but was now clear so we were able to be dropped at our bus stop. Clearly not your fault though. I don't think you can improve, it's a smooth, we'll run operation that gets you to and from the terminal with no fuss whatsoever.
