Really excellent place to keep your car. No hassle on entering or leaving as its done by number plate recognition. Buses every 5 mins to terminals . On arrival back our car battery was dead , Manchester airport was brilliant , sent someone over who got our car going again , would definatly recommend T1 long stay.

The Service as always was outstanding...All so very easy from arriving at the barrier point to the entrance,Parking up,jumping on the transport bus that takes you right outside the terminal doors... to collecting your car after your holiday,to leaving the secure carpark again through the secure barrier point and heading home.

Yes all went well although when we put our token in to leave the car park it would t accept it and the display said we owed £250 pounds! Eventually a voice came on asked us a few questions then said try again. So we tried again and same thing happened. The barrier eventually lifted. I'm actively watching my bank accounts to make sure they don't charge me the £250

Corculation within the car park could be clearer, especially how to get to the disability places, and signage could be better to the terminals, but convenient and the number plate recognition always works well.

Twice, when returning to the Manchester Terminal 1 Long stay car park, at the barrier we have been asked for over £500 to pass through. We had to talk to the operator to let us through. We had prepaid through Holiday Extras but this was not recognised by the exit machine

Number plate recognition did not work on leaving. Husband nearly collapsed to be told we owed over £80. The helpline on the machine/girl on phone helpful and let us out.
