the bus collection service not brilliant but the pickup at the airport and back to the carpark was great

Everything went well, booking on line was easy and quick, easy to make changes, on exiting the car park, the token wasnt taken but very wuick response and help from the speaker at the barrier made it stress free

We found it difficult to locate long stay parking for T1 once we got to the airport From the post code given. However, the bus transfer in both directions was very good.

Car park really full, but we found a space very near a bus stop so we were able to wait in the car until the next bus came. Once on the bus we could see many more empty parking spaces further on. No staff to be seen.

the system you run works very well, you just leave your car where you want, having obtained you token, jump on the bus which takes you to the terminal, on return jump on the bus, get back I you car and drive home, Perfect.

I'm sorry only I was disappointed with the booking I made for car parking because I explained several times that I would have liked a map of the car park so I would know exactly where the disabled bays were, and, even though I was promised one, it was in vain. On my arrival, although I was told the gate would open when I arrived, it didn't do so for some time and eventually I saw an orange disc in the machine that I picked up. It was only then that the gate opened. I had not seen the Disabled car park sign because I was looking at the barrier, instead drove around the whole car park without finding one, finally shouted for an employee to stop walking and help me, but he said that perhaps the Disabled spots had all been taken but found a place for me to park near a bus stop. When I returned from my trip I was unable to get into the car because there were cars parked too close on both sides, the bus driver had to move it out for me before could put my rollator frame in one side and climb into the driver's seat with my bad back and hip replacement. And then on getting to the barrier, I discovered that I'd only paid for the dates of my flights, not the arrival date into the airport so had to pay another £15. That part wasn't your fault but it made my experience a disappointment

Arrived at the airport parking which was easy to find, parked up and walked across to one of the bus stops lit up and easy to see. The bus came within 5minutes and picked us up. The driver was very friendly and waited for us to get sat down before setting off. As we left the car park on the bus another bus was entering the car park which shows how frequent the buses are. After our trip we waited no longer than 10minutes to be picked back up from the airport and taken back to the car park. Excellent service and will definitely be using again.

Everything went fine, the only issue I have is that the shuttle didn't stop to see if any one was waiting. I had been on long haul flight and it was dark cold windy and raining,the next shuttle turned up 10 mins later

Unusually there were plenty of spaces available and although early in the morning the bus was waiting for us to take us to Terminal 3. Confusing signage for where shuttle bus to carpark so we missed one. Otherwise easy and stress free.

The bus drivers were very helpful in getting us to our car park we flew in at a different terminal than we flew out from and had got confused as to where we had parked our car the bus driver got us a bus sent over to take us to the correct car park within minutes it arrived and took us right to our car. We was very grateful of this and pleased with the service given.
