Poor bus driver. not at all interested in his passengers, just wanted to talk on his phone. stopped bus at some stops and was too preoccupied to open the doors!! passengers had to request for door to be opened. Didn't even get off his backside to help elderly people struggling with luggage. Awful service, wouldn't use it again.

I came back after 3 weeks away to find my car gone and the area of the car park under construction. We were told there were warning signs up but then found out there were not. The management did not know where it had been moved to. After 32. Hours travelling my wife and mother and I waited an hour in the pouring rain whilst my car was found. I would like the contact details of who to address my complaint to please.

Lack of disabled parking and infrequency of transfers. I have used this car park on numerous occasions and there has always been plenty of disabled parking now that has been reduced to make more spaces for priority parking. The normal bays are very narrow which reduces the space to open the drivers door and this hinders a disabled person from exiting their vehicle. Because of this I will be unable to use this car park as without a disabled bay it makes parking difficult.

Our flight was delayed BUT we DID still arrive back on the SAME DAY that we should have. For this you then charged me £20 for an additional day!! I had already paid you £31 more than the "each way taxi fare". In future I will use a taxi rather than leave my car with you.

The number plate recognition system did not work on the way in to the car park. On the way out, I had to telephone, and confirm my number plate verbally, and then the operator lifted the barrier.

No. It was impossible to change my car reg on the website. I did it over the phone but still it was not changed on your system. Hence the barrier wouldn't open automatically, I had to contact you at the barrier with a queue behind me !!!!

Booked online,and everything went smoothly going in & out.Just a small delay getting out of the airport,nothing to do with the car park itself just it's location being so close to the airport.Fantastic when you can drive straight in or out,BUT if there's a problem around the airport eh extra security or too many vehicles trying to access the airport at one time other then the car park itself you could have a long delay getting in.

Because of construction work at Manchester Airport the car parking spaces are restricted and we drove around for half an hour trying to find a space despite having pre booked car parking. We had to park in a 'Premium Parking Area' which normally carries a £20 day fine but thanks to Holiday Extras who we emailed for help, we did not incur this fine. It still caused us a lot of stress and because we find Manchester Airport so chaotic with unhelpful signage we will not use Manchester airport again. We will use Holiday Extras again as they were very helpful once we had asked for help.

No where to park, I think that's a big problem when you have pre booked months in advance.... We drove around for over half an hour we finally got a space by waiting for someone who was having to get their car jump started and then we got into their space... We were not the only ones having problems, I also saw lots of cars parked on double yellow lines... On top of all this we had to wait 20 minutes before a bus turned up when it's supposed to be every 10, this is all at 5am in the morning, the whole thing was a pantomime, a complete shambles... Not very happy with the service al all...

Worst car pariking experience -EVER
Bus to take us from car park to terminal -waited approx 35 minutes and not 5 to 10 as advertised
Return journey - Overflow car park gate closed and driver could not or would not take us to car and did not care and very abrupt attitude

As we were at the last stop the bus went passed as it was full, never stopped. As you know the booking numbers I would of experience Ted that extra buses would be put on. We had to walk to the airport.

Saturday 23rd September it took 30mins to find a parking space! Not good when you have pre-booked and paid in advance. would book again as you really have no other option on the airport sight.
