Wider parking spaces for larger cars. I came back to a dent where a door had been opened in to my car. I drive a 5 series BMW which is wider than most cars.

Terminal 2 car park is like a derelict site due to ongoing works, number plate recognition did not work on exit causing delay leaving to myself and other users. Even the road signage on the way out were incorrect with one sending traffic into oncoming vehicles on a roundabout. Would not park here again do to poor customer service, might as well have parked at a cheaper site.

There is a lot of building work going on around the car park which makes it a bit confusing to use at the moment and causes delays to the buses. Also the bus stop signs were not illuminated at night.

Due to all the improvement works being carried out, using the T2 Car Park was a bit confusing this time. We parked and walked to nearest bus stop, not knowing wereabouts we were. The driver told us is was '1st bus stop in Zone A' Coming back to the car, we had to ask the driver for information/help. Some other passengers seemed to have the same problem. Maybe some more signage would help.

We have used terminal 2 long stay in the past and have been very pleased with facilities , disappointed this year , we were not made aware of all the ground works and alterations in progress , found it a bit confusing to find parking , also very surprised in the increase in payment , it was double the cost of what we payed last year, . The staff were very helpful , plus the frequency of bus transfers is ideal that's the reason for choosing terminal 2 long stay .

The usual T2 Long Stay carpark has been allocated to staff only leaving just a small area for customers. There were a number of empty Disabled spaces and I luckily found the only vacant "normal" space, which was very tight to get into due to a Range Rover on one side and a people carrier on the other. I won't be parking at this car park again until the construction has ended and the number of spaces increased..

The problem was it is like a bomb site at the moment. I am sure when all work is completed it will be good. Pick up was good both ways

i did not see any staff to help me. i tried calling the car park staff to amend my details by one day due to getting return day wrong by one day to be told i cannot amend or pay extra day until i returned... flying for hours i do not expect to have to mess around with paying for the day.

Booked with you a few times, this was my worst experience. Advised to park in B area having booked A. On arrival tried to park in B and told it was full so park in A. Number plate not recognised on entry or exit. Got there in the end but not as smooth as previous experiences.

We were booked on Zone A originally but this being full were redirected to zone B. Had no problems parking. Staff very helpful going on and off the car park. The roads into the car parks need re-servicing but I am sure this will be looked at once all the works are finished.
Would use again.

Grumpy shuttle bus driver on the way back, the windows of the bus were filthy so difficult to see where we were going and driver didn't announce any stops so we had to guess when to press the stop button!

waited a while for bus after just missing one . we were at the front of the line . the driver said that he will be about min but when he arrived back he parked up further down the stop so we just got on.

Car parks were closed, layout not easy to follow and given the price and pre-paid booking, searching for a space was not welcome at all!
Given this, I believe the price paid was far too much for such a scraggy car park suited more to a woodland venue like Sherwood forest, not an Sir port car park supposedly safe!

When arriving at the car park the barrier did not open so had to call for help at 3.30 in the morning where the operator had to find my booking and go through it before letting me in, the same happened when I returned off holiday and the barrier wouldn't let me out

Give a postcode that my sat nav will recognise. Due to building work the construction site boards everywhere made it difficult to see where we were going. It wasonly pure luck that we found the entrance to the car park. Road signs covered by boarding until you actually got to the end of a road you could not see any road signs.Better signage please. The carpark it self was very good.

Too far away to walk to the terminal. Waited mins for bus, ended up ringing from intercom at barrier and it turned up mins later. On return, four jet parks buses turned up before long stay terminal 2 bus. Very poor. Will avoid in future.

Used Long Stay at T2 for many years and always been very happy with the service. This year, however, was very disappointed. We couldn't find out way into the car park as it was early morning and dark and not properly sign posted. We then had to wait for over minutes for a bus to pick us up from the bus stop, although we could see 2 buses parked on the other end of the car park and didn't move whilst we were waiting. This has never happened before, the most we have waited for a bus was about 6 minutes. Normally we book on T2 car park as we find this a relaxing start to our holiday - not this year!

Number registration recognition doesn't always work on exiting the car park so you have to ask for assistance.

We received late notification of the change in car park zone as a result of considerable changes in progress. When we arrive in Blue Zone our number plate was not recognised! We had been delayed on the M60 for 1 hour and were short of time so we pressed the button for entry resulting in the provision of a token. Then we could not find a space. A warden in a car eventually arrived and told us to park in a disabled space. We then waited much longer than minutes for a courtesy bus and had to ring you for help as time was getting on. Eventually a bus arrived and we finally arrive in our courtesy lounge booked through you. Instead of the 2 to 3 hours we had expected, due to car park delays we ended up having to rush our meal and drinks to get to the gate in time for boarding. On our return the number plate was again not recognised and we contacted control who open the gate when we reported our registration.

We booked to park in zone A but when we arrived to the barrier it would not open and the communicator was inoperative so we tried to speak via the staff barrier and were told that zone A was full and subsequently directed to Zone B. We then had to explain at the barrier to gain entrance. We had to do the same to get out. The problems trying to park delayed us and deterred from the point of picking the most expensive parking option that was closest to the airport. We anticipatedmin to wait for bus and 5 min to terminal instead It took min adding stress that we didn't need at the beginning of our holiday. We are very disappointed with the service.
