We received late notification of the change in car park zone as a result of considerable changes in progress. When we arrive in Blue Zone our number plate was not recognised! We had been delayed on the M60 for 1 hour and were short of time so we pressed the button for entry resulting in the provision of a token. Then we could not find a space. A warden in a car eventually arrived and told us to park in a disabled space. We then waited much longer than minutes for a courtesy bus and had to ring you for help as time was getting on. Eventually a bus arrived and we finally arrive in our courtesy lounge booked through you. Instead of the 2 to 3 hours we had expected, due to car park delays we ended up having to rush our meal and drinks to get to the gate in time for boarding. On our return the number plate was again not recognised and we contacted control who open the gate when we reported our registration.

We booked to park in zone A but when we arrived to the barrier it would not open and the communicator was inoperative so we tried to speak via the staff barrier and were told that zone A was full and subsequently directed to Zone B. We then had to explain at the barrier to gain entrance. We had to do the same to get out. The problems trying to park delayed us and deterred from the point of picking the most expensive parking option that was closest to the airport. We anticipatedmin to wait for bus and 5 min to terminal instead It took min adding stress that we didn't need at the beginning of our holiday. We are very disappointed with the service.

More or less smoothly. On checking my booking times looks like I imputed a incorrect return flight time. Not sure how but I booked via the iPhone so may be my fingers hit the wrong key.

The car park was full. People parked where they shouldn't making it very difficult to drive round. We ended up in a different car park having to explain we had pre paid.

Changes to car parks! Apparently, as we were told by the bus driver, we and many others parked in the wrong carpark as it was now closed and a new one open. If there were signs telling us this, we along with the many other people did not see it. Signs need to be much bigger and clearer to avoid confusion.

Holiday Extras arrangements worked perfectly. Manchester Airport and car park need a bit of work. Return arrival at night, bus stops not lit,no idea which stop was which, bus drivers torch did help when passengers had no idea where they were.

Some hassle due to allotted parking area being chock full. Fortunately parking supervisor drove up and was able to arrange transfer to second parking area.Otherwise no problems.

A lot of building work currently taking place at the car park, lots if cars parked in unmarked spaces implying that the car park was overbooked.

The camera did not recognise my number plate and there was slight confusion exiting the car park, but the lady who answered the intercom was lovely and provided excellent customer service. She is a credit to the company.

Good as per normal,only downside when I was leaving car park it tried to charge me £197,I had pre booked and prepaid,the person at the end of the intercom sorted it immediately, helpful even with a joke asking if I wished to pay weekly or monthly.

We had prepaid for our stay, but on returning we inserted our token into the machine at the exit barrier and were prompted to pay GBP. We spoke over the intercom to a remote attendant who said he couldn't find any record of our booking but eventually he raised the barrier and let us out. The car in front of us had the same problem.

Chaotic no room to park, took over one hour to find a place. On return bus route had changed. Directions to exit very poorly marked. Had to call office before barrier would lift. Shocking value for money

Arrival not a problem automatic barrier raised & allowed me to enter the car park. However when leaving I had an issue as the car park number plate recognition failed to allow me to leave the car park & I had to contact using the intercom (my car reg was found no problem) before I was allowed to exit.

All went terribly well until we returned to pick up our car. There had been heavy rain and we had to literally paddle through approximately 6 or more inches of water to get to the car. It might be due to all the work that is going on but the spaces in between block 8 and 9 next to bus stop 1 were flooded. I do have a picture but am unable to attach it. apart from this I would recommend holiday extras and T2 longstay.

On exiting i put the token into the machine, but it asked me for £112 which was a bit of a shock. However on calling the attendant they let me out very quickly. it was disappointing that I was asked to pay for prebooked and paid for parking

Was directed to the car park which didnt use number plate recognition and recieved a orange token. On our exit when we put the token in the display said we owed £112 and we had to call via the monitor to be let out.

When we arrived barriers were up so just drove in unfortunately when we arrived back we could not get out but once we phoned up from the barrier we were let out no problem. We have used you in the past and will use you again thank you.

The service provided was good with everything going smoothly and the buses to the airport running on time, however the only reason we have not given/10 is because on arrival to the car park there was about one space available. It seemed that the car park hadn't fully been opened due to it being early in the season (we noticed on our return another section was open) this caused us stress as we couldn't easily find a space and did not want to just leave the car in a none space. Other than that it was fine. Good value for money.

Number plate recognition cameras not working which caused delays getting in and out of the car park. In addition a minute wait for a bus to take us from T2 to the car park when they are supposed to run every 5 minutes

Usually everything goes great but at the moment it seems a lot of changes are taking place with the car park and the bus driver didn't seem to know where to go and people got a bit annoyed and frustrated. Hopefully when alterations are complete and a better route for the drivers to follow things will be back to/10
