On my return I had to wait for over 20 minutes for the long stay bus overall it's been a very good service
Would recommend and will use it again

This is not the first time we have used the park and fly, but first time at Terminal 2. The booking is quick and easy...put in your flight number and date and the system works out your arrival and leaving times for you. As a return customer it also remembers your car reg number. Directions to park are accurate. Park up, go to nearest bus stop and wait for bus. Do the reverse when coming home. Easy. The only staff we had contact with the bus drivers and they were pleasant and helpful. All in all an easy and hassle free way to start and end your trip.

Easy to find. Loads of parking space at 07.30 on a Tuesday morning. Helpful bus driver.
Coming out all the barriers were up so I still have the orange token.
This was at 09.45 on Monday 7th December.

For the secound time this year on exit i was asked to pay by credit card for my previously booked and paid for car park.A quick phone call confirmed this and the barrier was raised.

The only problem we had was the same as our previous visit to the T2 Long stay carpark which issued the token as expected. What we did not expect was a repeat of the fiasco we had last time when the token did not communicate with the barrier and demanded payment of around £160.00 after all the cost was prepaid - not what you expect at 07.00 hrs after an overnight flight and to get satisfaction and release meant we had to delve into our documentation to provide a booking reference to get release. dissapointing to have to repeat the experience again after a similar overnight flight.
