One problem with the token when exiting the car park it was asking me to insert my credit card. Saying I owed £112.00 pounds this was a bit shocking as I'd all ready paid in full. But the operator on the inter come was very helpfull and let us out so we could get home.

Swissport lounge very small, busy and had no seating available for over mins. Misrepresentation to sell it as lounge. Would have been better to sit in public area and buy food and coffee there. Staff apologetic and frustrated that
service is regularly oversold and management aware but no change in overselling. As got coffee and seat eventually consider waste of time trying to get refund..

I had trouble when exiting the car park. For the second time in succession my number plate wasn't recoghised on exit and I was asked to pay the full fee. Although a conversation with an attendant sorted it I still found it somewhat annoying.

When it is dark you cannot see the bus stop numbers. Why not get the driver to shout out the approaching bus stop number so people do noti miss their stop. One couple on our bus did this and all the driver said was we have passed it now. It did not affect me personally but the driver was very unhelpful. An elderly couple had to carry cases a long way back.

Barrier did not recognise number plate. Had to contact staff and give booking details (at 2.oo a.m.in the dark).They tried to issue a token instead but the machine did not work (it was suggested it might be out of tokens) I was told to represent the car at the adjacent barrier. Here the numberplate recognition did not work either. Fortunately, the attendant did manage to issue me with a token and lift the barrier. Could have done without hassel at that time. Used token on return without a problem.

Everything went well, except for one small point. It would be helpful if the drivers shouted out the bus stop numbers when dropping people off. We missed ours because the light on bus stop number two was not illuminated.

On the info it would be helpful to remind people to make a record of the parking area and the bus stop number they got on the bus, for when they return to their car when they get back the car park as it is very big,I read this on your review but feel you should add this information to you web site.

Nothing wrong with the service from Holiday Extras, but the 'simply drive in' experience at T2 long stay was not great. On arrival the barrier didn't open just from my number plate, so i had to scan the Q code, which is awkward given it is printed on A4 paper. On departure, same again, except even the Q code didn't work, so had to use the intercom, which took ages to answer. fyi last time i booked this with you was at T1, and that worked perfectly in and out.

The bus stops are not clearly marked. It is very difficult to find the stops and parking rows especially when it is dark. Need to have couple of more stops near the parking rows

Waited some time for a bus in the cold. Last thing you want to do when you have just got off a long haul flight is wait in the cold for a bus. Will pay the extra for the multi story next time.

All though I had no need to contact anybody on our visit due to all going smoothly. On a previous visit the staff could not have been more helpful my sons car refusing to start. I was allowed back in to the car park explaining the problem and in a short time a vehicle arrived to jump start my sons car and off we went.
No charge and a quick and good response to our problem. Thanks again will always use this car parking

Arrival and transfer to terminal was fine. It was a different matter on our return. We waited outside T2, in the correct and appropriate location along with 3 other couples for minutes. By which time there were at least others in the queue behind us. When the bus arrived the driver drove past us, stopping further down the lane, the passengers at the end of the queue jump on first, leaving us behind. We approached the driver who said he was on his own today and tough luck we will have to wait until he returns and that he will stop the bus were he feels fit to do so. A totally ignorant uncaring and unprofessional individual.His actions and attitude alone will stop me using T2 long stay ever again.

Booked Long stay car park at T2 Manchester - everything went smoothly, shuttle buses ran regularly to and from car park. Will definitely be using again.

Clear directions to car park. Bus driver waited for us to unload our luggage from the car. On our return there was a bus waiting to take us back: took only a couple of minutes.

Very good as usual , only problem we had this time was trying to find a disabled parking space at 3 am when it was dark, could not find where they were situated , earlier this year when we parked with you our flight was atround midday so in daylight we had no problem , we should have enquirer before hand as we do need a disabled bay.

After trying others I now always use the official long stay car parks, they're the best. On this occasion the barrier didn't go up when I left, I had to contact control centre to leave.
