The postcode that you gave was not on my Sat Nav (Tom Tom) which is upto date. Then no bus from Terminal 2 Car Park Long Stay, only took us to Terminal 2, driver said buses do not go to Terminal 1 so we had to walk from Terminal 2 with Luggage and vice versa upon our return, we also found the car was covered in Brick Dust some one was working nearby he told us this always happens. I don't suppose you will do anything regarding this survey but some compensation would be good.

Coming back from t3 was a nightmare could not find the bus stop for t2 long stay had to get a taxi which cost 7 pounds to long stay t2 car park

Everything went smoothly and the staff at the booking centre were very helpful, driver of the transfer coach was pleasant and allowed plenty of time to get on and leave the vehicle

Everything went smoothly the car park was a ten minute walk from the terminal , I didn't book until a few hours before , the text message came through straight away with all of the car park information and we paid around £40 for theee days which is a bargain. X

Your claim that the buses run every minutes is inaccurate. We waited minutes upon our return from holiday. That is too long when you just want to get on your way after a long flight home.

it was the first time i have used t2 and was shocked to find out it only stopped at t2, did not read small print as all the others stop in all, i have bad hips and suffered a great deal walking all the way to t3,never again

When I turned up the vehicle reconistion wasn't working or anywhere visible to scan the code. I did try on the screen. I then pressed a button and got a token. On the way back, I couldn't exit so pressed for help. On speaking to the attendent he said I was back a day Earlier which didn't match what was on my email confirmation. He said the booking reference was incorrect and invalid. For minutes I was arguing as I refused to pay any extras as per my email you had sent and got hit with the good old line it's not us it's them. They finally let me out. Normally this system works a treat. Only issue I have with T2 is there are no signs for the T2 buses as T3 or T1 so if your not familiar or a regular flyer you might forget to have to walk back to T2 arrivals.

Bit of work going on removing all the tress in car park, which meant there were less spaces than normal, but should be sorted next time we go.

Car park was very full but managed to find a space.
No problems at all other than barrier would not open when attempting to exit. Using the intercom and supplying vehicle details fixed that
Overall excellent service. Will definetly use again. Good value.

Car Park found alright but understandably a bit busy but managed to slot in by a temporary fenced off area, and when we got back the area was bigger and at night not easy to find your car first off, but we did find it and got out alright.

Forgot we crossed over dates and flew back overnight on the return journey and booked one night too few. Was charged an extra £15 at the exit. Made it expensive after all but was my fault, forgot we landed in the early hours. Was easy though and bus was waiting as we came out of the airport.

T2 Long Stay is close to the terminal - minutes walk if you're not fussed about waiting for the bus. Always found the prices to be reasonable.
