With all the work being carried out at Manchester airport terminal 2 it was a little tricky to locate meet and greet but after driving around a couple of times we found it. The staff were efficient and welcoming as usual it’s a service I would definately recommend

Due to building works I was disappointed but gave a score of 8 because I could see the potential. My car was very dirty on its return as if it had been parked in an unpaved area.

The building work at Manchester is having an impact upon the usually excellent service. It took some time to collect my car as the instructions to its location was not clear. Having said that it's good value and I will be using the parking again. I think it would be useful to notify those paring there is some disruption.

My car wasn’t at the arrival T1 meet and greet, I dropped it off T2 M/Greet, and informed the guy that I would be landing at T1, and he assured me it would be there waiting for me, but the staff were helpful although I had to wait about 20min before a driver brought it over for me,

ON ARRIVAL DISTANCE TO T2 IS UNDERSTATED. ON RETURNING DISTANCE TO OUR CAR WAS DISGRACEFUL, IT COULDN'T HAVE BEEN FURTHER, AND INVOLVED DRAGGING LUGGAGE FOR AT LEAST A QUARTER OF A MILE OVER AN UNEVEN SURFACE.
CARS SHOULD BE RETURNED TO THE DROPPING OF POINT OR THE TITLE OF MEET AND GREET ABANDONED IN FACT SHUT DOWN, WE ARE ELDERLY AND THIS EXPERIENCE LEFT US ILL AND FEELING CHEATED AND ROBBED, NEVER AGAIN !!!!!

Our return journey was 12 hours later than planned because of the Monarch collapse and the flight was rerouted into Birmingham with another operator. Staff at T2 M&G reponded excellently and did not charge the expected penalty for staying the extra day. A very good experience for us after a tiring day travelling with some trepidation. No need - everything went smoothly.

Car entry. You push button and nothing happens. You do not know whether you have acted correctly. A pre-recorded message would be good to say that you will be dealt with in due course. It seems as if you are dealt with by the office counter staff and if they are dealing with someone then you are left waiting with no response at all. Great staff made car pick up easy

The only problem is checking in the car at the barrier. It is the second time it has happened. You push the button and nothing happens. No message at all you are just left wondering if you have done something wrong and cars are backing up behind you. It would appear that the entrance barrier and checking in is dealt with by the counter staff in the office and if they are dealing with someone in the office you are left at the barrier unable to proceed. That is awkward but would be more tolerable if you received a verbal message that you will be dealt with shortly rather than just being left not knowing what was happening or whether you have done something wrong. Everything else great and staff very good particularly when arriving back late into the facility after diversion to Gatwick after Monarch collapse and struggling to find car initially

Everyone was very helpful especially as we had flown out with Monarch and they stopped business the day after we arrived. Straight away we got a text saying that you were aware of the situation and would inform the car park.
