Very simple and easy service to use. Made the beginning of our holiday less stressful. Would recommended and use again.
The only thing I was disappointed with was having to wait to enter the car park itself. Number plate recognition would be much quicker.

We had never used Meet & Greet before. After some difficulty finding it because of roadworks and a little queue to get through the gates, the procedure was simple. Staff were very polite and it was much more convenient than park and ride.

booked because I am disabled. The M+G was so far away from the terminal I would have been better getting the bus as it stopped right outside the terminal. Also on return my car was parked so close to other cars I had to get someone to move the car for me as I could not open the drivers door wide enough to actually get in my car. What happened to disabled parking bays????

Having used your service many times, this was the first time we have encountered a problem. When we returned my car had paint work scratches. The test of any company is how they respond when things go wrong. So far the service given in handling the damage has been excellent. Manchester Airport have a good process in place, we completed a damage report and were on our way within minutes, a claims advisor rang the next day and the repair should be carried out when we next use your service Saptember 3rd /th at Manchester T3. I'm sure this will be completed to our satisfaction.

They left my car with a flat battery on arrival home and never bothered to tell me on key collection, I had to go back after I had been to the car. They didn't seem to be bothered. The gentleman who jumped the car said they should have put some charge in it and not just left it. For the price I paid for the parking I was pretty cross, it wasn't cheap.

Everything was fine, our booking was all good but I think there is room for improvement with the Meet and Greet service in T2, the drop off was okay but the collection service could have been better, nclear instructions on locating your car, has to wander around the multi story trying to find the car. After a night flght it wasn't that great.
Can't fault the Holday extras service though, well done

The desk staff madw a point of twlling me to turn left as i left the main office too collect my car. Which is the wrong way all the cars are parked to the right this is not what you need after a 9 hour flight.

I frequently use the 'Meet & Greet' parking facility at Manchester Airport.

the security had be activated on my car whilst we were away so the car would nit start, although the staff did try and get it started the kind staff member who took us to collect our car told us to never use the service again.

I am adding to the previous comments that I made. I paid £168 for nights parking and gave the wrong return date in error - I had not taken into account that Mexico is 6 hours behind and had genuinely miscalculated our return date. However, I did give the correct return flight number. The cost therefore was approximately £10 a night. If I had been charged £10 I would have accepted that as fair, if not particularly good customer service. However, I was charged £25 and to add insult to injury, when I located my car, someone had left the lights on. I have since researched getting a taxi to the airport - a local firm will give me a return journey for £90 and track the return flight - so there would be no confusion. This seems cheaper and easier - plus I will not be returning to a minute drive home after an altercation about parking. So in future, I will not be using meet and greet - I'll be getting a taxi. For the sake of £15 they have lost a customer who has used the service for the last 5 years.
