On 2nd Oct it was chaos at Terminal 2 Manchester - Monarch issues and various road work/improvement work at the terminal. Long hold ups! Signage was not good - lucky I knew how to get into the Car Park. There was not much help on the ground. We always park on level C and even we felt confused. I noted on the way out there is extensive road works on back road of terminal 2 NCP. I am sure it will be for the best

Access to the car park went well. However on leaving the camera did not recognise the plate therefore we had to contact the car park office to get out. Just added a little inconvenience to our journey home after a long flight.

The car park token did was not recognised. It asked me to pay £320 as I was leaving. I pressed the help buzzer at the barrier and had to speak to staff. Luckily, my registration was on their list so they let me through. It was quite a shock to be asked to pay £320 At the barrier!!

All went to plan,easy finding a parking place. Car was very dusty on return but a lot of building work taking place around airport. Wish it was a little less expensive to use as I would use more often.

A fabulous car-park which has decent width in its spaces; it is well-lit and extremely convenient for the terminal. More obvious signage for the car-park itself would be useful.

Thanks for the E mail about Monarch.
Regarding parking at Multi storey it did not work well. The number plate recognition seems to work poorly in my opinion and also others who have used it. It would be better to go back to old method or much improve it, otherwise I would not use multi storey again.

Outstanding unfortunately we flew with Monarch and we were delayed. We didn't need to do anything with parking because you contacted us and told us not to worry you would inform the car park if our delay. We held our breath when we exited the car park thinking we wouldn't be able to exit it but we did without any issues!! Thank you

We were parked at Terminal 2 which was brilliant. Only thing was that after Monarch collapsed we then had to leave from Terminal 1. Simple enough to get there,but a long walk with luggage.

Manchester Terminal 2 Multi-Storey is easy to find but we weren't aware of the road works in the area. perhaps this could be added to your email communications just prior to flying. Thanks very much about the Monarch Airline updates, they were very useful.

All went according to plan. The barriers worked as intended both at entry and exit. We found a parking bay without too much difficulty. Would use same facility again - much better than the hassle of transit to off-site car parks especially late on a rainy night.

Unfortunately not as I'd anticipated. I thought I'd booked 7 nights parking for our one weeks holiday. It transpired I'd mistakenly booked the parking to end at 00.30 the previous morning which I paid £91.97. For my mistake I was charged an additional £25. I hadn't received any information confirming the times I had booked so wasn't able to check the details, just confirmation of the cost and date booked from. The assistant was very unhelpful and sarcastic when we pressed for assistance as I hadn't understood why I was incurring the additional cost. I use holiday extras regularly to book my airport hotels and parking. It is a costly lesson learned for me for future bookings!

We booked the T2 Multistory story option...Car park was very easy to find at Manchester.Our registration was recognised immediately to gain access to the car park and we found a space quite quickly.
The walk to the terminal took only a few minutes and was hassle free.
Most importantly,our car was close when we returned after our return.
