The front wing and bumper on my car was damaged by a vehicle parked next to it. Know insurance information was left by the person who damaged my vehicle. Manchester airport carpark were not interested in helping find out the registration of the offending car. So I have had to claim on my insurance and been charged £150 excess.

Everything went well apart from the barrier to leave the car park on my return.It did not raise in spite of putting the token provided on entry .For the second year running I had to call for help to be left out of the car park .This caused a degree of anxiety when the screen at the barrier requests a payment for £600 .It would be helpful if this does not occur in the future

Upon driving up to the barrier at the terminal 2 multi-storey car park, the barrier failed to lift and again failed to lift when I tried to scan the document I printed from you. Then had to press the intercom to speak to one of your advisors who sorted us out. This also happened to us in February2017 at terminal 1 multi-storey car park. This failure doesn't sit well with other cars behind mine.

We booked hours before we were due to travel. Unfortunately our travel plans were cancelled due to an error by our holiday provider. I called to ask for a cancellation but no refund was given. I understand a space had been allocated for us at the car park but why no partial refund was offered I was a bit bemused by. I have used Holiday Extras for several years to book airport parking, hotels and airport lounges. Bit disappointed if I am honest.

When we arrived our car registration was not recognised. We pressed the buzzer for help. This we had to do twice. Once the operator came on the phone he seem to have difficulties in finding our booking reference number, even asking which multi-storey had we booked. Eventually we received an orange token.
After this everything else went smoothly, we found a parking space quite easily and on returning everything worked well.

Directional signs for the Exit were not very obvious causing confusion and delay in exiting. Otherwise would have scored.

Easy parking great access to departures but on return had dints in both passenger side door caused by un carding clients opening doors even with the extra space as we were parked in disable bay

Had nightmare trying to enter car park. Barrier did not read number plate, was no way to scan bar code on booking, booking ref could not be found, not my car reg or surname. Had to send someone over to us while we waited at barrier - very embarrassing!! Eventually agreed to let us in after looking at paperwork. Not much easier to exit car park at the end of the holiday.

Seamless parking at Manchester. Entry and exit camera recognised the car reg immediately resulting in a quick entry/exit. Would definitely recommend this.
