  • Manchester Airport - Multi-storey The multi storey car park was extremely full and it took about 20 minutes of driving round the levels to find a space. Would it be possible for spaces to be allocated to pre-booked parking? I feel this is a fault of Manchester Airport car parks, not Holiday Extras. To make matters worse the lifts were not working and luggage had to be dragged down 2 flights of stairs.

  • Manchester Airport - Multi-storey When we parked this was easy, but on exit, it didn't accept the ticket, then asked for our debit card to which it charged us £90. But I called holiday extra who have now advised that the multi storey will refund this money very quickly

  • Manchester Airport - Multi-storey Had to use credit card to gain access into carpark as directed because a bar code was not sent to me despite advance booking made. I was charged again because of using credit card at the barrier . I was told I would be getting a refund..

  • Manchester Airport - Multi-storey Parking was excellent, easy to find, good price. Entry went smoothly.Exit machines broke down and would not recognise prepayment by card. This would not have been a major problem was it not for the fact it took over 15mins to get someone to resolve the problem and let us out of the carpark. Not what you need after a long night flight!
