"The machine at the car park barrier did not recogise the card I paid with both on the entry and exit so we had to buzz for an attendant with a queue of cars behind us!" / 10

"We used the Multi Storey Car Park at Terminal 3 in Manchester and it was brilliant. We went straight in and out without any problems. I will definately book with Holiday Extras again and I will make sure that I recommend you to anyone that will listen. Brilliant!!!" / 10

"I used the facilities at Leeds-Bradford a few weeks ago and everything went smoothly. I just used the facilities at Manchester T3 and the barrier would not open for my credit card either in or out. The telephone service at the barrier was good and the barriers were opened quickly." / 10
