really annoyed that the charity contribution was automatically checked when paying, with no ability to go back and remove. This should be a voluntary contribution, you shouldn't automatically assume people want to contribute.

The barrier failed to recognise my number plate on leaving and the scanner failed to read the icon on the paperwork - the staff member on the intercom raised the barrier to let us out with only a brief wait.

We always struggle to park in the multi storey terminal 3 Manchester. The traffic system this December was appalling long delays and after that we had to park the car outside which is not what we wanted

Everything went so smoothly, from arrival at gate, which opened automatically after ANR to finding a space and exiting. Level 3 is perfect for departures as well, no lift, just a short walk over the bridge... excellent

Airport needs to have much clearer signs from further away as you approach so you can be in right lane for right multi-storey. At present just says Multi-storey and doesn't stipulate T1 or T3 multi-storey until you are much closer and with taxis etc right behind you, if your not in right lane it's difficult

Paid for parking on line witch was £54 pound for 3 days but when i got back off holiday it was only £20 for 3 days witch i had to pay. As i just wanted to get home. So it cost be around £30 poind more to book it online.

Hardly any spaces on car park, ended up on top floor, outside. I could have bought a cheaper service outdoors, I wanted dry, covered parking. The evening I came home, Frith Nov, the car was frozen, and I had to wait for car to defrost. To compound this, the auto exit facility did not work, I had to call and wait to be allowed out.
