"No problems - Got to the airport - Straight through the barrier - easy to find the car as Manchester Airport now colour codes the parking areas - return flight was delayed by 3 hours - no additional charges - excellent service" / 10

"Getting in at Manchester was great and very convienient but for the 2nd time, coming out they did not seem able to regognise the same card at the machine. The staff dealt with it very well and I was not delayed" / 10

"Booked car park at Manchester airport. I used the correct card but the barrier did not rise. So took ticket on entry. Same arose on departing car park, by chance I knew to be organised & have booking ref with me so sorted myself out. Don't think my elderly parents would have managed as well - who do travel a lot even at their age." / 10

"The airport lounge was great. The parking wasn't as good though. I could not get through the barrier using the card I paid with, and ended up being given a ticket. I then had to phone the attendant to find out what to do. On the way out the card woulldn't be accepted and I had to ring again. I had the barrier opened but could have done without the stress. This also happened last time I used the carpark (I'm not sure who I booked with) but I thought it was a one off." / 10

"when arriving at manchester short stay carpark we drove around for 40 minutes and could not find a space. due to time shortage we eventually parked in the car rental area, and expected a problem on return however all ended well. you may be able to find a system where a space is reserved. i know this sounds difficult but perhaps it may be possible. other than this everything was excellent." / 10

"We were very pleased with the parking facility at manchester airport. It was close to the check-in enterance. The only reason we gave 9 and not a 10 is when we landed we had to ask three members of staff 'how do we get back to departures as or car is parked there' and no-one seemed to know, or they looked at us pretty strange. We had a night flight and were very tired all we wanted to know was...where is short stay car-park. Other than that and now we know how to get back to the carpark it was a great a easy service and you dont have to ask for a lift form anyone.thumbs up, thanks we will definately use the service again." / 10
