"Basically the system worked well and we had no problems with parking arrangements. However, on leaving the Premier Park Site we were advised to turn left for motorways at the end of that stretch of road there is a T junction but no indication as to where to go for appropriate roads, we turned right and went north instaed of south and got lost? To get a sign at the end of the road might not be within the remit of Premier Parks but a request to the highway authority might help."

"Having booked approx two days before flying and getting delayed on the M6 on the way to Manchester Airport, I was worried that any further delay could affect us booking in. However after following the directions to the carpark, and a very speedy booking in less than 10mins, the bus took us straight to the terminal. On our return the flight was delayed but again no problem the bus collected from the terminal within 5 mins, at the carpark again we were on our way within 10mins of arriving. Absolutely first class professional and polite service, I would recommend it to anybody well done Premier Parking"
