"On returning from our holidays our car unfortunately would not start - flat battery. At any of the other car parks we have used there has always been someone there with a power pack to jump start vehicles if necessary. This was not the case, there was no-one who could assist us. Fortunately we do not break down that often but it would be nice if someone could have assisted even for a small fee."

"Very helpful bus driver of wrong bus- he drove us back to the airport and then a very helpful female bus driver of the correct shuttle bus took us to the correct car park. we were very relieved as we had waited a long time at baggage retrieval and it was about 2.30a.m.!"
