When we reached the barrier to exit the car park we put the ticket in the wrong way and were told to report to the office even though we tried putting it in the other way too. I remember this happening last time too. Not quite as easy an exit as hoped. Staff were helpful but I think it could be clearer on the ticket which way it has to be inserted, unless everyone is called into the office to check their details regardless of how they insert the ticket. If the latter is the case I would prefer to be told to report to the office in order to exit the car park instead of going through this 'inserting the ticket into the barrier' scenario again. Please let me know what the standard practice is for future reference.

My only comment would be that you need to stress need for correct car reg when booking so no problems entering car park ot exitting.

Parking on arrival was fine. Slight problem on arrival back as exit barriers were not working and buses to pick passengers up were delayed so we decided to walk to car park. Problem was sorted by the time we drove out the car park

It would be useful to have an indication of which areas had parking spaces. I had to drive through 'A' to 'J' at 5am in the dark to find a space. Not very efficient...

It did not go smoothly at all.
The main car park was full, with every sign indicating as such and directing to overspill car park. However the overspill was classed as closed and so no bus goes to collect there.
When a bus drive was flagged down all he did was shout and say "that car park is closed..!" "Cant you see the BIG sign!?
Note to you, there was no big sign at all.

Fine on outgoing arrival though very crowded. Ok on arrival home but it was 12.30 at night and the courtesy bus was a little slow. Nearly panicked when our exit ticket was refused first time and then accepted. Delay in camera recognition?? Particularly worrying with 2 and 4 year old infants asleep in the car.

signage for available parking areas is not very clear and at 4.30am can be quite stressful. courtesy bus service is quick and efficient. there used to be signs at entrance to parking area stating which letter parking area to use on arrival-much better than driving around wondering where to park
