Staff at Newcastle parking facility were great. Our flight was diverted and we were 4hrs late in picking up our car. The staff member took our parking ticket and updated it so there was no extra charge! Great service at a stressful time.

This was the first time we had used Newcastle and so hadn't realised that there were two areas with the same letter, hence when we arrived back we went to the wrong parking area.We feel that another letter/ number would help distinguish between the two.

We couldn't exit the car park because the ticket had the incorrect dates on it. WE had the embarrassment of asking people to reverse their cars at the barrier to allow us to pull over and go to the ticket office. Thankfully, the issue was resolved fairly quickly but this wasn't what you needed after an early morning flight.

Signage at airport car parks appalling. "Courtesy" bus driver did not seem familiar with car park layout and was not helpful.

The ticket reader would not accept my ticket at the barrier. The problem was widespread, many vehicles having ng the same problem. Chaos trying to reverse out of the barrier to go to the office. The pouring rain made matters worse.

we always have a problem getting our ticket to work and have to go to the office but it only a small thing and the people in the office are very polite and sort it straight away so it is not a biggy. I like flying from Newcastle and just wish you could get a flight to every where from there.

Parking great. Aspire airport lounge was very poor. Toilets out of order. Rubbish strewn around the lounge.Hot food offer poor ,yet alcoholic drinks are readily available at 5am.

Initially had difficulty in finding a bay with several car parks closed with barrier even though their seemed to be bays available in those closed parks, did finally find a bay in park I. On collection staff member very helpful and freindly. Facilities were as described, I would certainly use again, Thanks.
