Everything went perfectly well, I couldn't suggest anything to improve on. There was no waiting around for the courtesy bus & everything was clearly marked. Bus stops where situated at regular locations so no need to walk to far.

On departure from car park many people including ourselves had a problem with the ticket not being recognised at the barrier. This caused ques to form with everyone having to go to the office to have their tickets validated.

Only problem this time we could not get a ticket and the help button no one responded someone who worked in the airport let us in as she was parking her car this is the first time we have had a problem

Long Term Parking was good and would use it again.
We also used fast track and again that was very good, would do that again.
However we booked the Aspire Lounge and we are not sure if we should have paid more and booked Aspire Lounge Plus.
We were disappointed in the Lounge as there were no views, toilets were not that well maintained and it felt like there were to many people using it and not enough staff to cope. We will have to try the Aspire Plus and hope that will be a more relaxed and pleasurable experience.

When we reached the barrier to exit the car park we put the ticket in the wrong way and were told to report to the office even though we tried putting it in the other way too. I remember this happening last time too. Not quite as easy an exit as hoped. Staff were helpful but I think it could be clearer on the ticket which way it has to be inserted, unless everyone is called into the office to check their details regardless of how they insert the ticket. If the latter is the case I would prefer to be told to report to the office in order to exit the car park instead of going through this 'inserting the ticket into the barrier' scenario again. Please let me know what the standard practice is for future reference.

My only comment would be that you need to stress need for correct car reg when booking so no problems entering car park ot exitting.

If taking the time to read all the instructions, then the process was clear. I'd use this same service 6 months ago so assumed it would be the same. It had changed slightly which made me read what I should read anyway.
