"When parking the car the bus driver helped with our baggage which made the whole thing so much easier. Although the temperature was sub zero on our return to Prestwick on the 3 Jan the coach to car park 7 was waiting for us and took us swiftly to our car. Will definitely use again. Thanks" / 10

"The car park was badly signposted in my opinion. We followed the yellow signs and they seemed to stop and we were not sure where to go. We were worried about being late for our flight. On getting to the car park everything went smoothly, coming back we were not sure where to stand to wait on the pick up bus as previously we crossed the road, again this could have been signposted better." / 10

"Almost perfect experience. Both gatekeeping office staff and bus drivers were most helpful. Booking experience also faultless. Howevever car park staff had not been informed of our booking and we had to leave our paperwork with them on arrival at site. They said this sometimes happened." / 10
