      "Excellent park and ride service. Got there and the bus was waiting. Got to the airpot from the car park very quickly. On our way back, came out of arrivals and the bus-stop was just outside. Hopped onto the bus, got to the car park (which parks right next to your required bus-stop). This was probably less of a walk and quicker than parking on-site at the airport.       "Purchasing pre booked parking through your website was very easy and I saved £5 per day on the published rates. The only problem was, due to the snow, when I arrived the number plate recognition camera could not read my numberplate. This caused problems when I came to exit and I had to go to the customer services booth to sort it out." 10 / 10

      "Directions to the car park were spot on and the instructions for entering the car park etc were very straight-forward. Once parked, it literally took 10 minutes to get to departures. Upon return, there was a bus waiting and again, within 10 minutes we were in the car and heading home! Brilliant!" 10 / 10

      "In all the rush i managed to drop my mobile phone on the bus, spoke to one of your drivers who got on the radio to ask the other bus's to have a look and right away it was found, your driver then took me to meet up with the bus holding my phone, picked up the phone then your driver got me to the next bus leaving, all this done in under ten min's, a very big thanks to all your staff for there swift help in getting me and phone to my flight on time.
