"We found the car park easily, the car was recognised by the number plate and the barrier was raised. We parked with ease and were on the transfer bus in minutes. On the return a bus was waiting to return us to the car park. We passed our ticket to a person at the barrier and were on our way with no hassle." / 10

"Excellent park and ride service. Got there and the bus was waiting. Got to the airpot from the car park very quickly. On our way back, came out of arrivals and the bus-stop was just outside. Hopped onto the bus, got to the car park (which parks right next to your required bus-stop). This was probably less of a walk and quicker than parking on-site at the airport. Ace service yet again." / 10

"Purchasing pre booked parking through your website was very easy and I saved £5 per day on the published rates. The only problem was, due to the snow, when I arrived the number plate recognition camera could not read my numberplate. This caused problems when I came to exit and I had to go to the customer services booth to sort it out." / 10

"This time it was just about parking for a few days. The price was very competitive, the service is always professional. Due to a plane cancellation I arrived back at the car park 24 hours late. I knew it would be OK, I just informed the person in the pay booth and she gave me a receipt for the extra day so that I could claim the excess from the airline." / 10

"Pre-booking the car park via Holiday Extras made our trip to and from the airport easier, you don't have to worry about anything as you have already sorted it out from home. Pre-booking the car park is also much cheaper than paying on the day at the car park itself. The only small issue is that the registration number recognition did not work and we had to go through the customer service. Not a major problem though!!" / 10

Sometimes we arrive in the very early hours of the morning but even then everything has been like clockwork. "Directions to the car park were spot on and the instructions for entering the car park etc were very straight-forward. Once parked, it literally took 10 minutes to get to departures. "Foolishly lost car park ticket during the holiday (unlike me), but had copies of confirmatory email (very like me). Fortunately remembered zone and bus stop we'd parked in so found the car. Absolutely no problems at exit as the attendant found us on the computer, so all very straightforward despite my oversight. Number plate recognition worked on entry and whole process very easy, as well as cheaper than paying on the spot." / 10

"In all the rush i managed to drop my mobile phone on the bus, spoke to one of your drivers who got on the radio to ask the other bus's to have a look and right away it was found, your driver then took me to meet up with the bus holding my phone, picked up the phone then your driver got me to the next bus leaving, all this done in under ten min's, a very big thanks to all your staff for there swift help in getting me and phone to my flight on time. "Everything was done 'exactly as it says on the tin'. Completely hassle free; bus waiting after I parked the car; bus also was waiting outside the terminal after I landed on my return. Price was also very reasonable. Will be going away for Christmas and will definately be using your services again. "The phone booking service was prompt,easy and quick. Then the directions e-mailed straight away, were very clear to follow as we approached the airport. Amazing that as soon as we aproache the entrance to the car park the camaras recognized our car with-out us having to in-put any info, and then the machine produce a ticket. Extremely eficient system where we did not need to contact anybody or ask for any help. And finally transport to/from the airport was there at all times! Many thanks, and keep the Good Service!" / 10

"Booked parking at Long Stay in Stansted. Paid excellent rate. Drove up to the barrier, found a space, went on holiday. Coming home, drove up to the barrier, put our ticket in and went home. Smooth service, no hitches at all. Thoroughly recommended." / 10

"No problems with our booking at all. Pick up was prompt and the driver even waited while my husband went to get his mobile phone he had left in the car. We had a slight wait for the return bus but not too long. On the whole it was a good experience." / 10

"Everything went smoothly. The planning and prebooking was a good idea and made some savings too. As someone who had run 26.2 miles in the Franfurt marathon the day before I wanted my return journey to be as trouble free as pos. That is what happened specially at Stanstead. "The only query i have is when we come back and put the card in machine it still gives a price 2 pay, this has happened twice now and not only 2us but 2 other people as well,and we have 2get the card back out and reverse back 2 give to attendent, which is very awkward when uv a car right up ur backside and cant move. "When we arrived at the car park we were directed to the correct place to park by signs which were clear and easy to follow. The only problem we had is that the ANPR system failed to recognise our number plate when entering the car park but a member of staff helped us exit when we arrived home. Will definately be booking the car park again when i fly." / 10

Easy to find car park and had only a few minutes to wait for the bus to the Terminal and no wait at all on our return as the bus was outside the Terminal to take us back to our car. It was a very good idea to fill in on the ticket where we had parked otherwise finding the car would be like looking for a needle in a haystack!!!! Will use you again....many thanks." / 10

"It all went very smoothly. However I do have one comment. The instructions recommend that you leave 45 minutes to get to Stansted terminal from the car park which includes a 15-20 min bus ride but in reality the buses come every five minutes. I would have found it helpful to be given a more accurate time, say 30 mins. Also this information was only given after booking." / 10

"Everything very good as usual, except when I tried to leave the facility - the machine would not accept my ticket - it asked me for £36. I had to back up and use the manned kiosk. The person there was extremely helpful and quickly resolved the problem. However, the ticket should not have been refused in the first place. This is the second time this has happened to me. Otherwise perfect service as usual." / 10

"The only 1 small problem was that we had to park in the yellow zone and the busses were less frequent ie whilst we were waiting for the yellow bus 3 red busses and 2 blue busses past us, we waited approx 25 mins for our one. We park very frequently through you and this is the onlt time we have had a wait." / 10

"I lost my car park ticket but thought no problem as they have automated numberplate recognition on way in at STN - not so on way out - you need your booking reference at least. Know not your problem, but think you should push for same system on way out that can then be ticketless." / 10

"I have never flown from Stanstead before and I was very impressed how well sign posted it was and how easy it was to find you. It was easy to park, the bus came really quickly and the driver was really helpful. When we got home we was lucky as there was a bus waiting for us, the driver clearly stated each stop which was really helpful, we picked our car up and getting out was really easy and the staff at the gate were really polite, helpful and jolly. "At the exit to the car park for the airport, we found it asked us to pay, when we had already pre-paid, we reversed away from the barrier to double check our paperwork that we had paid, after a few minutes the man in the exit box waived us on to say he had found us on the system with our car registration, and let us through the barrier. Not too sure what would have happened if we had paid again!!! But it was a quick and easy service, would use again!" / 10

"All worked well, I was a bit concerned that when booking I had to give specific times of arrival at the airport and wasn't sure how much 'leeway' there was, we arrived about half an hour earlier than anticipated and it was fine but I wasn't sure how exact you had to be, similarly we were delayed on return by an hour so were later than I had said. A tricky moment while the exit machine thought about it, but the barrier opened and we were on our way! Would definitely use again." / 10

"My wife is disabled. When we arrived at the carpark a member of staff came to us and told us you had a special area for parking. When we got there we were told to push the button and a bus was there in a few minutes. Also on way back i misheard the driver and got off at wrong stop. I pushed the button for help and they sent a van up to us to take us to the right stop and the driver even helped us with our cases. Great service thankyou very much" / 10

"All was fine until we arrived at stansted airport long stay. They had changed the system from inserting the credit card with which the fee had been paid, to car registration recognition, which meant hold ups at the barrier on arrival, plus the additional hold up at the exit barrier, where we had to contact the manned booth with all the appropriate paperwork to obtain exit clearance. A simple e-mail in advance warning us of this change would have saved time & inconvenience." / 10

(they had several queuing to collect people from the car park to travel to the airport and then we only had a 3 minute wait at the airport on our return) The parking was prepay, the exit was quick and easy.
