there was no staff at that time of morning. and the open zone we went to had no bays, so I had to go into a closed zone, which had bays to park in. It was like no one was manning tremor looking after the car parks

Drove in and out with no stopping at all due to number plate recognition.Buses were frequent wih helpful drivers. No problems at all.

On leaving the parking site I was unable to pass through the barrier.I had pre-paid the fee. Luckily staff were on hand and were extremely helpful and I was soon on my way.

Please give more information on the bus stops as to the stop/zone required on return. It would be helpful to point out that the return bus will call at stops in the long stay car park first, then Jet Parks.

Transfer from the Car Park to the Airport Terminal was on this occasion not efficient as had to wait nearly mins , due we were told by the transfer drivers of some issues with the meet and greet services which had an impact on the amount of people needing the transfer service from the car parks ??? However this service has in the past been really good and would recommend as long as you provide yourself with plenty of time !!!

All fine except entry which was not smooth-we were about mins early ,car not recognised had to use help button and delay before ticket issued.But ease of parking,excellent driver of bus and trouble free departure.

written instructions on how to find parking were inaccurate and unclear (number of roundabouts, where on earth was the hilton hotel??) we got very lost and spent over mins sorting it. of course there is noone to ask! eventually went to another car park and asked them. POOR. Also the car hire with Interrent at Marseille charges extra for cleaning the car!! We cannot find this in your website information and feel this needed to be taken into account when we chose the car hire provider as it affected the cost!

I needed to confirm which car park I had prepaid. Online my password was not accepted! I tried to 'phone several times, but all I got was 'Muzak', In the end I had to choose between Long Stay and Jet Parks. Long stay did not reject me and I parked up. Getting out was difficult. There was only one of three barriers working. My card was taken and not given back. Assistance was not very forthcoming. I pleaded my case and they confirmed that I had prepaid but had used the wrong carpark. They sent me to another set of barriers to get out, but they failed to raise it. I kept having to inform them that the barrier was not working properly. I was not impressed that so many barriers were coned off and therefore not functioning. When broken they need to be fixed asap, otherwise it reflects on the company who run the car parks. I now know that I was parked in the wrong car park, but they would appear to be run by the same organisation. Long stay needs some remedial work. I cannot comment on Jet Parks.

The gate did not open on arrival but your attended answered the call button promptly and assisted without any hassle, even though I did not have my booking reference, he verified my name car registration etc. Hassle free, just what you need before a flight.

Couldn't amend the start time the day before online. The order of the bus stops is not aligned to the parking blocks that created a small panic on the way back i.e. The bus stop for blocks T and U comes prior to the bus stop for block S.

It was awful. There were no signs visible to a Jet Parks car park when we arrived (we were later told they were all full), but we had to go somewhere and we eventually found a space in a Long Stay car park. A very helpful shuttle bus driver picked us up and took us to the terminal.
When we arrived back from our return flight we got the car without difficulty, but then couldn't find the way to the Jet Parks exit barriers (there were no signs). After driving around looking for them for a while without success we had to go to the Long Stay exit and press the button to speak to someone. A girl who was not very helpful or very intelligent answered and I had great difficulty getting her to understand our situation. Eventually she opened the barrier to let us out.
Next time I shall stick to the Long Stay car park, which we have used before without much trouble.
