      "This time it was just about parking for a few days. The price was very competitive, the service is always professional. Due to a plane cancellation I arrived back at the car park 24 hours late. I knew it would be OK, I just informed the person in the pay booth and she gave me a receipt for the extra day so that I could claim the excess from the airline." 10 / 10

      "We have been using your service for some years now as we regularly go to Italy. We have never had any problems. The operation is always very slick. Sometimes we arrive in the very early hours of the morning but even then everything has been like clockwork.       "Foolishly lost car park ticket during the holiday (unlike me), but had copies of confirmatory email (very like me). Fortunately remembered zone and bus stop we'd parked in so found the car. Absolutely no problems at exit as the attendant found us on the computer, so all very straightforward despite my oversight. Number plate recognition worked on entry and whole process very easy, as well as cheaper than paying on the spot." 10 / 10

      "Everything was done 'exactly as it says on the tin'. Completely hassle free; bus waiting after I parked the car; bus also was waiting outside the terminal after I landed on my return. Price was also very reasonable. Will be going away for Christmas and will definately be using your services again.       "The phone booking service was prompt,easy and quick. Then the directions e-mailed straight away, were very clear to follow as we approached the airport. Amazing that as soon as we aproache the entrance to the car park the camaras recognized our car with-out us having to in-put any info, and then the machine produce a ticket. Extremely eficient system where we did not need to contact anybody or ask for any help. And finally transport to/from the airport was there at all times!       "When we arrived at the car park we were directed to the correct place to park by signs which were clear and easy to follow. The only problem we had is that the ANPR system failed to recognise our number plate when entering the car park but a member of staff helped us exit when we arrived home. Will definately be booking the car park again when i fly." 8 / 10

      "My wife is disabled. When we arrived at the carpark a member of staff came to us and told us you had a special area for parking. When we got there we were told to push the button and a bus was there in a few minutes. Also on way back i misheard the driver and got off at wrong stop. I pushed the button for help and they sent a van up to us to take us to the right stop and the driver even helped us with our cases. Great service thankyou very much" 10 / 10
