Arrival: Durham Tees Valley On Airport parking now operates a credit card recognition system. Please ensure that you remember which debit or credit card you made the booking with and bring it with you to speed up your parking process.

On arrival at the airport, please drive up to the car park entry barrier. Do not press the ticket button. Insert your debit or credit card in the entry barrier which will recognise your details from your online booking and allow you to enter the car park.

Please bring a copy of this booking confirmation with you when arriving at the airport.
If you do not have the card used to make the booking OR your card is not recognised, please do not insert a different card. Take a ticket to raise the barrier. Then please find a space to park and retain the ticket.

Departure: Upon your return to the airport after your flight, make your way straight to your car and drive to the exit barrier. If you took a ticket upon entry, press the intercom button on the exit barrier and quote your booking reference.
