Everything exactly as stated when booking. Collect ticket to enter car park on way in. On return drive to barrier, press help and tell staff code given when booked. Very easy and highly recommended.

Facilities as described. Excellent, seamless transaction. Entered car park & obtained ticket, literally one minute walk away which was great & on return we just pressed the help button on exit, gave our booking reference number & away we went. Great!

One of the barriers at Teesside would not accept the card, which is embarrassing when you have to reverse everyone back to get to the next machine, which incidently, worked without problem. Not really a fault of Holidayextras though

I had to get a ticket at the entrance to the car park since the machinery wouldn't accept my debit card. I contacted your office on return and the barrier was immediately raised. Apart from this slight difficulty the system seemed very good.
