"The service was very good, the only drawback is that everybody who is sheduled to be on the mini bus has to phone the hotel when they arrive back at the airport. I anyone doesn't phone it delays the collection/pick-up and you could be waiting a long time to be collected and transfered to your car."

"Everything fine, and I know this isn't your fault but due to security arrangments Teeside airport is surrounded by a security fence that makes the car park quite a distance from the terminal."
