  • Spa Hotel Parking Staff were very helpful and we were picked up from the airport afterwards within 10 mins

  • Spa Hotel Parking The service was very good, the only drawback is that everybody who is scheduled to be on the mini bus has to phone the hotel when they arrive back at the airport. I anyone doesn't phone it delays the collection/pick-up and you could be waiting a long time to be collected and transferred to your car.

  • Spa Hotel Parking Everything fine, and I know this isn't your fault but due to security arrangments Teeside airport is surrounded by a security fence that makes the car park quite a distance from the terminal.

  • Spa Hotel Parking Parking was so easy very straightforward about four minutes from hotel to departures. Staff at hotel very efficient and helpful on return even remembered where I had been really nice girl. All in all will be booking for next year. Excellent
