There are shops, a Burger King, a Coopers Bar and a Coffee Shop on-site. 10 Disabled car parking spaces are available at the station. There is step free access coverage across the whole of York train station. There is a lift available from York station concourse (platform 3) to platforms 5 -11. Customer assistance is available through a 'Call for Aid' button by the taxi rank at the front of the train station. There is currently no level access to the National Rail Museum via platforms 10/11. Some public doors may not be wide enough for wheelchair access.
