- 4 Deck Lounge Birmingham Airport The Airport lounge was excellent. very quiet and comfortable. The lady on duty was extremely nice! She was helpful when our flight was delayed and couldn't have kinder. We will definitely use you again! Thanks very much for making the start of our holiday special!

- 4 Deck Lounge Birmingham Airport We were expecting a better choice of food than crisps & peanuts. A toilet near the lounge would have been useful, the lounge was a long walk from the nearest toilet.

- Servisair Lounge Birmingham Airport Clean and pleasant lounge. Coffee machine was broken (and appeared to have been so for a while) requiring staff to constantly refresh jugs of water for clients to boil up themselves in a kettle. Plenty of cake and packs of dry nibbles but some proper cheese and crackers would have been good.

- yes the staff was friendly as i am a nervous traveler the relaxed lounge made me feel at ease i was dissapointed that i could not get the brand of beer I wanted but i had some white wine which was pleasent there was no children running around

The wide range of free drinks and snacks available, without having to queue, is a definite bonus. Perfect.
