- Servisair Lounge Birmingham Airport (T1) Clean and pleasant lounge. Coffee machine was broken (and appeared to have been so for a while) requiring staff to constantly refresh jugs of water for clients to boil up themselves in a kettle. Plenty of cake and packs of dry nibbles but some proper cheese and crackers would have been good.

- Servisair Lounge Birmingham Airport (T1) yes the staff was friendly as i am a nervous traveler the relaxed lounge made me feel at ease i was dissapointed that i could not get the brand of beer I wanted but i had some white wine which was pleasent there was no children running around
