Arrival at Heathrow Business Parking
The car park has an automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system, so make sure you enter your vehicle registration number correctly when you make your booking.
At the entry barrier, the machine will read and recognise your registration number. A ticket will be printed showing your registration number and booking reference, and the barrier will open. If you experience any difficulties, press the call button for help.
Getting to and from Heathrow airport
When you're ready to fly, simply hop on the transfer bus to the terminal. It runs every 7 minutes, takes just 8 minutes and is included in the price. When you're back, you'll find a bus stop marked "Business Parking" outside arrivals, from where you can catch the bus back to the car park.
On your return to Heathrow Business Parking
You'll need to catch the transfer bus back from the terminal.
From Terminal 2: Bus stop 4.
From Terminal 3: Bus stop 16. Follow signs for bus stops 16-22 out of the terminal. Bus stop 16 will be in front of you.
Once you get to the car park, if your ticket says 'cashier' on it, you'll need to take it to the customer services office opposite bus stop 6, by the exit, so they can validate it for you. You'll need to leave your car where it is as there are no spaces outside the office.
Collect your car and, at the exit barrier, insert your ticket. The barrier will lift automatically.
Turn right out of the car park to leave the airport.
Terminal 2 opens on the 4th June, 2014. This product should not be booked before this date.

Nice and easy to use. A short trip between the car park and terminal makes this ideal for parking. The Swissport at terminal 3 was definitely worth doing.Mr Brown (Heathrow Heathrow business parking)
yes, but you should really just give the sat nav address more prominence. The driver could also tell us where to get the return coach as he drops you off, we went to the wrong level 'buses' in terminal 2Mr Greenwell (Heathrow Heathrow business parking)
Car Park had been over booked. We were upgraded to on site car park which was much better for our return.Mr Hunt (Heathrow Heathrow business parking)
everything worked out well and the staff were very friendly. Only problem we had was that after a long drive, we both arrived needing a toilet and there was not one until we reach the terminal building. Also we had problems getting the car out as everyone was parked too close by our side and behind us.Mr Barker (Heathrow Heathrow business parking)
When you arrive back at the airport (LHR), the signposting to find the return bus back to the car park is totally inadequate. It is pretty useless in fact. Spoils what is otherwise a good experience.Mr Busuttil-Reynau (Heathrow Heathrow business parking)
