- Airparks Park and Ride (non-flexible) Everything went smoothly except felt the car valet wasn't done well at all, I noticed the boot or dashboard surfaces were not wiped or hoovered, also the windscreen was smeared so it reflected off when driving in dark, so making the drive home from airport very difficult. Otherwise the rest of the service we got was very good.

- Airparks Park and Ride (non-flexible) From the time we arrived at the car park your staff were courteous and extremely helpful and, when we arrived back in Cardiff at 11pm, tired and miserable, your bus was there to take us to our car without any delay

- Airparks Park and Ride (flexible) We were waiting for 15 minutes at the airport for the bus to take us back to the car park. It would have been better if it was there so we could board it immediately.

- Airparks Park and Ride (flexible) Used carparking at Cardiff Airport. The drop off/pick-up point is some 400 meters from the terminal entrance so you can get very wet in the rain. Staff are very helpfull and plesant.

- Airparks Park and Ride (non-flexible) assisted passenger service was exellent going from Cardiff to Paphos, But Very poor Gettng from arrivals to Bus servicebe My poor friend was left waiting in the cold as we were unable to assess pick up zone we had no coins to feed the barriers

- Airparks Park and Ride (flexible) Very good service, I felt my car was safe your hands. The only complaint I have is the shelters at the airport were not large enough to accommodate all passengers, meaning people were getting wet.

- Very easy to park & drop keys, on arrival back to uk the service was very quick & we were back in the car quicker than I would have expected

Access from the bus to the airport building a little far and difficult particularly for elderly people. Steps to carry suitcases down were a little problem, a ramp would benefit.
