Here at Holiday Extras we believe in taking care of our people. We're grateful for their hard work, and we want to make sure they know they're appreciated. That's why we offer our people a range of benefits that include profit share, private healthcare, health screenings, childcare vouchers and a pension plan.
Undoubtedly one of our most appreciated benefits is profit share. All our people, whether they're full-time or part-time, get a bonus every three months on top of their wages once they've passed their probation. It's about 4.2 per cent of your salary for the first two years, and then 8.4 per cent after that. So if you're earning £15,000, you'll get about another £630 per year.

We offer a voluntary pension scheme with Scottish Widows once you've passed your probation. If you pay in three per cent of your salary - £37.50 a month for someone earning £15,000 - we'll match it. We'll up our contribution to four per cent after four years, and five per cent after 10 years, if you do the same.

After you've worked here four years, we'll pay for you to have private health insurance. We'll pay the whole premium if you're full-time, and part of the premium if you're part-time. You can extend the cover to your family, though you have to pay for this yourself. In addition, from the day you start work at Holiday Extras, your life is insured for twice your annual salary.

Other benefits include the cycle to work scheme - we'll help you buy a bike if you'd like to cycle to work - childcare vouchers, health screenings and the health week the company runs every October. Our people can get discounts on hotels, flights, West End musicals and gym membership. We also have monthly fun events and an incredibly active social club, which organises everything from trips to Bruges to go-karting evenings. Plus there's the spontaneous fun which springs up whenever someone gets an idea in their head, from football matches at lunchtime to snowboarding on bin bags in the grounds during the cold snap.
