From tax to trademarks, we do the big stuff
The corporate team offers expertise in a variety of areas.
We ensure that Holiday Extras' tax planning is as efficient as possible - and we make the most of the allowances available so it is as advantageous to the company as possible. We make sure the company complies with the Financial Services Authority's regulations, the Data Protection Act and the Companies Acts. We ensure that contracts are safe and secure, fix long-term agreements and make sure the company can be flexible if any changes are needed. Protecting our trademarks and making sure they are not being used without our permission is another important aspect of our role.
The Estates team provide advice and support on issues to do with our properties, including complex leasehold matters and the maintenance of our sites. We are also responsible for making sure our car parks are reaching their commercial potential - for example, making sure they can take as many cars as possible, or that the lease is as long as possible.
