Despite our name, dealing with the company mail is only a small part of our job. We deal quietly and efficiently with a huge amount of admin needed to keep the company going.

We monitor all the bookings, spot any where it looks like a mistake might have been made and phone the customer back to check. We deal with rail and coach bookings, group bookings for 10 rooms or more, cancellation invoices, faxes to hotels and a dozen other things. We also take care of all the stationery orders. Oh, and the company mail.

Another aspect of our role is supporting the call centre and helping them with any queries. We monitor the best price guarantee and honour it if someone makes a valid claim.

To work in the mailroom you need to be self-motivated, hard-working, organised and methodical. We're looking for flexible, fun team players who are dedicated and enthusiastic.
