Our purpose-built head office in the Kent countryside is designed to be a place where our people feel comfortable, motivated and happy. It's surrounded by landscaped gardens, with a terrace, a sports field, table tennis and table football. Though sometimes we have to share our lovely grounds - rabbits, squirrels, foxes, pheasants and even sheep are regular visitors. On occasions you may even spot a snake, but don't worry, they slither away as soon as they see you.

Our managers aren't closeted away in oversized offices, they sit with their teams in our open-plan building. Each and every person in the company is encouraged to voice their opinions and ideas. There's an opportunity to say how you're feeling online every month and this is followed up by meetings between the directors and their teams to discuss any issues.
