Our job in the call centre is to make bookings for customers, give them information and help them with any queries or complaints they have. Most of our work is on the phone, but we also answer questions which come in via the website.

To do our job you need to have good communication skills - good verbal and written English - and a basic understanding of computers and how they work. You need to be a people person who can empathise with the customer, understand their needs and find out what they want. You should be able to work well on your own and as part of a team.

The call structure we work to is good, and we get a lot of benefits. If we hit our bonus targets, we are rewarded with extra money, and there are always different incentives and different prizes up for grabs. If we have done well as a group, we get team cakes.
