I'm a senior customer relations executive and have worked at Holiday Extras for 20 years. My job is busy, challenging and fun.
My work is varied and involves communicating with all the different departments in the company. I deal with each file from the beginning to the end, which gives me great job satisfaction. I feel that our team's work makes a difference to the company. We do our utmost to resolve all matters fairly, to help where we can and encourage our customers to continue using our competitive packages. Our customer complaint ratio is currently the lowest it has ever been at 0.12 per cent.
Holiday Extras is very forward-focused and it is reassuring to work for such a successful, award-winning company. My first day was so long ago that I can't remember it - it was in the old office, when we still used pen and paper, teletext and faxes!
