These are exciting times for our business as we work towards our hassle free future. We are seeking an experienced eCommerce professional to successfully implement and deliver our vision to the online market.

Possessing excellent knowledge of digital marketing, you will be central to enhancing our brand online through an aggressive SEO strategy, utilising PPC and email marketing as well as driving growth through the development and use of customer data. Web content, usability, navigation and product campaigns will be key to driving substantial growth through 2010 and beyond.

With a solid understanding of working effectively across multiple disciplines, together with your knowledge of the brand-customer interaction in the digital environment, you will help formulate the strategy for new marketing growth.

Key requirements of the role:

• • You and your team will be responsible for capturing the customer’s interest, making their experience hassle-free, whilst reducing cost per booking and driving the repeat rate.
• • Commercially driving and exceeding budgetary targets.
• • Growing traffic whilst reducing cost per booking.
• • Attracting new market traffic through the launch and profitable growth of banner ads, TV advertising and targeted PR campaigns.
• • Deep customer focus within the ecommerce environment.
• • Ability to translate company strategy to effective tactical actions.
