Package : Salary starting at £6.56 per hour rising to £7.66 per hour on successful completion of probation plus profit share

Profit Share is paid quarterly at approx. 4.2% for first two years with us, and then doubles to approx 8.4% after two years

At Holiday Extras, we don't just care about customer service - we're completely dedicated to it. Our travel consultants are salespeople, advisors and friends who can build a rapport with a customer in minutes. When a customer makes that first phonecall, we want it to be the start of a lifelong relationship - one in which every time our customer goes on holiday, they call on us to make sure their whole trip runs like clockwork.

We're looking for people on our wavelength to join our award-winning call centre in our bright, friendly office in Newingreen. People who'll love to help our customers, whether they're making a booking or are lost on the way to the airport. People who are positive and enthusiastic, who can build a rapport with our customers, who've always got a smile on their face and in their voice. People who want to learn, want to achieve, want to hit targets and want to make a difference.

We'll provide all the training you need, though if you've already got computer skills and sales experience, that's an advantage. Previous call centre experience isn't necessary.
