The low-cost air revolution has opened up air travel to the masses and can make holidays or a business trip happen, particularly in cash-strapped times. Budget carriers provide cheap, no frills flights to destinations across Europe and beyond.
But good value represents more than just low cost. It may be that the service exceeded all expectations, additional extras came at no added charge, or that meals were tasty and filling.
