What's the difference between on-airport and off-airport parking?

On-airport car parks are within the airport grounds, whereas off-airport car parks are outside the airport grounds. However, this doesn’t mean off-airport parking comes with longer transfer times. In fact, Airparks East Midlands is eight minutes from the terminal on the transfer bus - the same as Long Stay car park 7, which is an on-airport car park.

What facilities are there for disabled drivers?

We’ve made sure that all the Airparks East Midlands transfer buses are wheelchair accessible. There are also plenty of disabled bays in the East Midlands Short Stay car park.

What if I need to cancel my East Midlands airport parking booking?

That’s not a problem. When you book your East Midlands airport parking, we'll offer you the option of taking out our cancellation protection which costs just 99p. So, if you need to cancel, as long as you give us at least 24 hours' notice, you can do so easily and we’ll still give you all your money back.

If you haven't taken out cancellation protection, we’ll still refund your money, minus a £10.50 administration charge.

You said 'at least 24 hours' notice' …

Yes. Unfortunately, even if you've taken out cancellation protection, we’re unable to give you any money back if you cancel your booking with less than 24 hours' notice, this is because we will be charged the full amount by the car park.

Do you offer hotel-with-parking packages at East Midlands airport?
