- Signage for general parking areas when accessing East Mids airport could be a bit clearer e.g. larger. On the whole everything was very smooth.

- Was issued with wrong card that I hadn't checked before leaving and on collection of car had to mess around to find booking on iPhone Assistant was polite and resolved issue

- Barrier opened too early, it was a much better experience before the auto barrier was installed, the guys in the booth did not even knoe we were arriving! but we will use again

- Information we received said we would be issued a ticket at the barrier on entry but the barrier went straight up when our registration was recognised and no ticket issued. A bit confusing. Infirmation needs updating

- Everything went smoothly with the car parking, arriving and departing. I didn't get a ticket, as expected on arrival, but departure also worked fine on number plate recognition.

- Very pleased with service. only one negative comment which is that the M&G office was not obvious at night, so better directions would help and/or office was illuminated. Otherwise every thing went smoothly.

- On arrival Gates didn't recognise the car in front of me or mine but gained access and left without having to press for assistance. So no real hold up! Parked here before without any problems

- As it was raining made getting 4 cases and a pram to the departure lounge simple, was about 1 minute away. Could even take the coats back to the car. Brilliant service.

- A No smoking area around the office would be helpful - as we waited outside to collect keys a number of clients were stood adjacent to the door smoking - not a pleasant wait!

- Having booked and paid in advance I was not expecting on my return for the exit machine to say I owed £131. Thankfully your operative answered the call button promptly and activated the barrier. This issue requires attention urgently.
