Sofitel We thought we had booked a family room but this wasn't the case so had to book a separate room.

Holiday Inn Hotel staff were good. Only criticism is that when you book a family room, stating 4 occupants and giving the ages (i.e. and 7), would prefer the extra bed to be not a lumpy mattress on a sofa bed frame.
Hotel is convenient to Gatwick with good transfer bus service and the Meet and Greet Parking package worked well too.

Best Western Skylane When we arrived staff at reception were very friendly and efficient. Our family room consisting of a double and single bed was pleasant and clean. Coffee and tea facilities included and the room was spacious.
Our car was taken care of for the nights and was ready for us when we came back off of holiday.
We were very impressed with the shear ease in which everything went. As a family we will be using this hotel again next year when we fly off again.

Cambridge Staff were very helpful. Food in the restaurant was very good. Wine needs more attention to how it is kept, temperature wise.Our Attic family room was ok but shower totally useless at keeping water off the floor

Cambridge the hotel staff were friendly but seemed a little disorganised at reception with other customers cars not being found. The family room was stifling. The heat was unbearable with no air conditioning or fans. Was also on the top floor with no elevator and a family load of luggage to carry up. The bar was pleasant with the staff member very polite and helpful. Transfer to and from airport went smoothly and we found our car straight away. We would use again but would ask for a lower room.

Cambridge Booking service,Convenient for our trip, good size family room,10, only downside room above busy bar patio area, and on a very warm evening unable to have windows open as noise disturbed our 3 year old, we had early departure. Would recommend any booking to check room allocation before you unload cases from car, parking safe

Europa First room the lock didn't work! Second room the tv didn't work and the third room the TVs had no signal! So ended up in a double room instead of a family room.

Holiday Inn we booked a family room for 4 but it was a normal double room with a fold up sofa bed .The mattress had seen better days and the sofa bed was unstable and was very uncomfortable.Once you pulled out the sofa bed you didn't have much room to move for 4 people

Straight forward check in lovely room as there weren't any family rooms available food in sports bar was ok a limited choice but at nearly 10 pm wasn't too concerned. Russ Hill Staff told us we had booked a double and not a family room and when we told them we booked a family room through holiday extras they said that was why. There were no family rooms! When we insisted on our booked family room they somehow found one which was fine

Arora Very conveniently situated. Much better than most of the airport hotels and parking facilities are very good as Maple Manor are always prompt when meeting you back at the terminal. family rooms are great and food is very good! We would highly recommend this hotel and its facilities!
