Ramada Plaza Gatwick Stayed at Ramada Hotel at Gatwick Airport, requesting a family room for two adults and two children. when we checked into the room, we found that the fourth bed had not been made up. The Hotel did move us immeadiatly when we reported the matter to reception.

Holiday Inn Gatwick The room was supposed to be a family room for 4 and we expected beds we were given a double and a single sofa bed, they did change it to a double sofa bed but we had to wait ages. I don't blame Holiday extras it was the hotel

Gatwick Worth hotel Landed early hours so just needed a bed for the night - family room was fine, no complaints. Taxi picked us up from Gatwick on time - all went very smoothly.

Holiday Inn Gatwick Yes very helpful but had to change rooms at the hotel as they had given us a family room on a floor which had just been painted so there was a terrible smell of paint

Cambridge hotel Gatwick Everything worked well - only comment was that we booked a family room for four people, but were given two separate rooms for two people each. But service and value were great, hence 9 out of 10!

Travelodge Gatwick we paid for a family room. the room we got had a double bed and a pull out sofa which was not made up and no sheets or pillows were provided for us to make up ourselves.

Holiday Inn Gatwick The check in at the hotel was quick and efficent, the family room was clean & comfortable. We also took the option of the hotels parking and found this efficent as well, with the car available outside the hotel front on our return from our holiday.

Arora hotel Gatwick Very conveniently situated. Much better than most of the airport hotels and parking facilities are very good as Maple Manor are always prompt when meeting you back at the terminal. family rooms are great and food is very good! We would highly recommend this hotel and its facilities!

- yes, except that the room given to us at gatwick moat house was noisy (generators or air conditoners) for the second time, the staff did however on both occasions find a quieter room for us

Mr Mcdonagh, 20 May 2012 - The Booking process with 'Holiday Extras' was simple efficient and everything went like clock work. We booked an overnight at Gatwick Hilton and a weeks parking with 'Maple Manor meet and greet'. Maple Manor were excellent, the Hilton was mediocre.
