Holiday Inn Gatwick airport
The second bed in the family room was a bit uncomfortable as the mattress was not very thick.

Russ Hill hotel
Great large family room, but slightly noisy (pipes and water from surrounding rooms). Bus to collect car at end of holiday only runs once an hour so can mean quite a wait, but all went very smoothly and would use again.

Sofitel hotel
Have previously had a family room with 3 adults and 2 children which was 2 rooms opened up this visit was just 1 room giving grandparent less privacy.

Hilton hotel
Upon arrival at Gatwick Hilton they advised us that their booking was for 2 people & not the superior quad family room for the 4 of us that I had booked. Allegedly hotel very busy/full. After speaking to supervisor - 2 interconnecting twin rooms were found - they were excellent, but we did not need this extra stress as we had paperwork clearly indicating the quad room for family - the 4 of us.

Ramada Plaza hotel
Stayed at Ramada Hotel at Gatwick Airport, requesting a family room for two adults and two children. when we checked into the room, we found that the fourth bed had not been made up. The Hotel did move us immeadiatly when we reported the matter to reception.

Very conveniently situated. Much better than most of the airport hotels and parking facilities are very good as Maple Manor are always prompt when meeting you back at the terminal. family rooms are great and food is very good! We would highly recommend this hotel and its facilities!

- excellent all round, would recommend Premier Inn highly. Car parking at Airparks also very easy and good service. To finish with the Lounge facility was also very good, everyone in my party very impressed.
Mr Huggett, 13 May 2013 - Excellent and convenient stay at the Sofitel Gatwick North. Only comment is that the multi story car park spaces are quite small and when you get to the top it is a dead end so you have to do a multi point turn to get back out!
