Europa First room the lock didn't work! Second room the tv didn't work and the third room the TVs had no signal! So ended up in a double room instead of a family room.

Holiday Inn we booked a family room for 4 but it was a normal double room with a fold up sofa bed .The mattress had seen better days and the sofa bed was unstable and was very uncomfortable.Once you pulled out the sofa bed you didn't have much room to move for 4 people

Hilton We stayed at the Hilton gatwick. The room was very dated and we had to keep asking reception for tea facilities, bathroom stuff, towels and pillows for 3 people as we had booked a family room. It took 2 phone calls and 1 visit to the reception to get the things that should have been in our room. Everything seemed to be a problem and the staff made us feel uncomfortable. Not the start that we wanted to our holiday. I feel that because people stay there for 1 night only, you are not valued as a customer. This comment is not anything against holiday extras, it is directed to the Hilton hotel gatwick.

Holiday Inn No they were not frankly, awful and staff didn't help merely said they would inform the manager who didn't bother, we did park and stay and ore-booked and ore-paid as I normally do when I stay there. I booked a family room for me and 3 16 and 15 year olds and was given room 117 which had a double bed and 3/4 size pull out sofa, hardly suitable so consequently we didn't have any sleep so it was a waste of time and money. The fact that nothing was done about my complaint means I will not book a travel inn again and I shall instruct my staff to do the same at work. As collectively we use holiday inns often but won't be after this debacle, very poor service indeed

Acorn Lodge Very accommodating as I would have struggled getting my heavy case up and down the stairs as I am not as young as I would like to be. My daughter and I were offered the family room which was very nice. Staff very accommodating and helpful. Transport was organised and was fine.

Cambridge The staff were helpful. They put us in the wrong room at first but soon sorted this so that we were in a big family room. Our car was perfect when we went to pick it up. The rooms are nice and clean.

Straight forward check in lovely room as there weren't any family rooms available food in sports bar was ok a limited choice but at nearly 10 pm wasn't too concerned. On return car had been moved and front bumper scuffed ( didn't raise it at 11pm too tired)which spoilt what was otherwise a good experience

Russ Hill Staff told us we had booked a double and not a family room and when we told them we booked a family room through holiday extras they said that was why. There were no family rooms! When we insisted on our booked family room they somehow found one which was fine

Arora Very conveniently situated. Much better than most of the airport hotels and parking facilities are very good as Maple Manor are always prompt when meeting you back at the terminal. family rooms are great and food is very good! We would highly recommend this hotel and its facilities!
