How can I amend my Glasgow airport hotel booking?
If you haven't booked a Supersaver or Non-Flexible package, you'll be able to make changes to your booking up to 24 hours before you're due to travel. You can do this by visiting the manage my booking section of our website where youll be able to change the date of your hotel stay, change your contact details and much more. If you prefer, you can also call us on 0800 093 5478.
Can I cancel my Glasgow airport hotel stay?
If you are eligible to make amends to your booking, you can cancel your booking up until 24 hours before you travel and reclaim all or some of the cost of your booking. If you take out our cancellation waiver for £2.49 (non-refundable) you'll be entitled to a refund. You can also reclaim the cost of your booking if you haven't taken out the protection, but there will be a £15 cancellation fee. The charge will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
Can I book a hotel parking package for less than eight days?
Generally, all of the parking packages we sell will either offer eight or 15 days' parking as standard. You can collect your car whenever you want within those eight days, but you will still have to pay for a minimum of eight days' parking.
Will I be provided with directions to the hotel?
Yes. Once you've made your booking, we will send you a confirmation email which includes a map. Alternatively, on the web page of your hotel, you'll also find a 'Maps & Directions' tab. On here, you'll find the hotel's address, a map and also the option to get directions from your home to the hotel by entering your postcode in the 'Get directions' box.
Are the Glasgow hotel prices per person or per room?
All of our hotel prices are per room, although the bigger the room or the more beds it has, the more expensive it's likely to be.
