- On arrivial we were met with very friendly staff and encoundered no problems whatsoever. On return one phone call and once again every thing went very smoothly.
Mrs Pidgeon, 27 Jan 2012 - It is the most enjoyable way to "wait for your flight". The staff were helpful and there is plenty of snack choices. Perhaps sandwiches could be introduced for lunchtime and early evenings?
Mrs Wheatland, 04 Oct 2011 - Arrived at Hotel night before our Departure. Courteous staff, this put us into the Holiday mode. After checking in at the Airport, we then spent two hours at Service Air Lounge,it was comfortable and relaxing. Well Done!

Just a shame it was so far away from our gate.
