Terminal two at Heathrow consists of two floors. The areas and services are all well sign-posted and separated into clearly defined zones.
Ground floor: The ground floor is the check-in area.
First floor: The first floor houses both departures and arrivals.

Cafés and restaurants
Terminal 2 has a variety of coffee shops, including Café Nero, Coffee Rebublic and Costa, as well as bars, pubs and restaurants.

Bureaux de change
There are Travelex, ICE and American Express bureaux de change desks at check-in, departures and arrivals to provide foreign currency for your holidays.
There is internet access and wireless hotspots located in both the departure and arrivals lounges.
In departures male and female toilets, baby care, showers and disabled facilities are available. There are disabled toilets and baby changing facilities at check-in and also in arrivals, by the baggage reclaim.
There are two information desks in Terminal 2. One is in the departures area near World Duty Free, and there's another one near the meeting point in the public area. These open between 06:00 and 23:00.
St George's chapel is located between terminals one, two and three and includes a multi-faith prayer room. You can reach the chapel by taking the stairs opposite the entrance to terminal two short stay car park. The chapel is open from 7.30am to 8pm.
