Holiday Extras on this booking only were not upto the usual standard..had to book hotel and Parking seperately, and therefor to leave car at airport rather than pick up at hotel, as package price was priced incorrectly! Pick up return service was fine. My issue was when I went to leave the parking the machine I indicated I owed gatwick parking Â£713!! No one answered the intercom at the machine so I had to double park with impatient people behind me beeping their horns and run back to Maple Manor area to get help. To my utter disappointment your team seemed totally uninterested in helping me. Lots of shoulder shrugging and excuses. Meanwhile my family is being honked out and feeling vulnerable. No one offered to help me they just pointed at the parking office and said 'not our problem'.
