Where can I park at London City airport?

At London City airport we offer packages for both the Short Stay and London City On-airport Long Stay car parks. Both are within walking distance of the terminal so really do offer the ultimate in convenience. You’ll be given a map and directions in your booking confirmation too, so there’s no need to worry about finding our car parks.

Will I be able to keep my keys with me?

Yes, you’ll park your car and take your keys along with you – so there’s no need to worry whilst you’re away.

What happens if I’m delayed and don’t get back to my car at the time specified?

There’s no need to worry at all. Your car will remain in its space until you collect it and you’ll simply need to pay any excess charges upon your return. These will be charged at the car park’s gate price.

Will I need to make the full payment at the time of booking?

We always take a full payment when you book with us, and you’ll get a confirmation email just after, which you can keep as your proof of purchase. If you’re worried that you might need to change your arrangements that’s fine, simply take out our cancellation insurance for just 99p and you’ll be entitled to a full refund up until 24 hours before your booking starts.

Can I amend my booking after it’s been confirmed?

As long as you haven’t booked a SuperSaver, Non-Flexible or Advance package, you can amend your booking up until 24 hours before your reservation starts. Simply visit the manage my booking page or call us on 0800 093 5478 to do so.
