Theres no need to worry at all. Your car will remain in its space until you collect it and youll simply need to pay any excess charges upon your return. These will be charged at the car parks gate price.Will I need to make the full payment at the time of booking?
We always take a full payment when you book with us, and youll get a confirmation email just after, which you can keep as your proof of purchase. If youre worried that you might need to change your arrangements thats fine, simply take out our cancellation insurance for just 99p and youll be entitled to a full refund up until 24 hours before your booking starts.Can I amend my booking after its been confirmed?
As long as you havent booked a SuperSaver, Non-Flexible or Advance package, you can amend your booking up until 24 hours before your reservation starts. Simply visit the manage my booking page or call us on 0800 093 5478 to do so.
