nothing went smoothly. There were absolutely NO spaces. We waited in overflow for ages for a space. Lost 40 minutes.Mr Bannink (Newcastle Newcastle Long Stay airport parking)
There could have been more buses, we waited for 15 mins to be picked to go to the airport and about 20 mins to return us to our car.Mr Millar (Newcastle Newcastle Long Stay airport parking)
Yes, except for the regularity of the connecting bus. It took at least 15 minutes. I was on crutches and had it been pouring with rain, I would have had nowhere to shelter.Mrs Storey (Newcastle Newcastle Long Stay airport parking)

You can walk to the terminal from the car park in just a few minutes. If you have lots of luggage, the car park also runs a free bus to the terminal for customers. All you need to do is hop on board. The journey takes just 2 minutes and the bus runs whenever it's needed.

When you've got your bags, hop on the bus back to the car park. It'll pick you up from where it dropped you off outside the terminal. If you have any problems, just press the help button on the machine to talk to a member of staff.
If you're delayed coming back, you'll need to pay for the extra parking before you go at the car park's normal rate, which will be more expensive than the price you pay when you book with us - at the moment extra days cost £7.50 per day.
