Maple Manor Meet and Greet is a popular choice for parking at Southampton. The luxury service will leave you feeling like a VIP; you will be met outside of the airport terminal and whilst you skip through the doors to check in a member of Maple Manor's professional team will park your car for you. Upon your return, when you are weary from your journey, your car will be waiting outside of the doors where you left it. It's quick and easy, it's what's more it's excellent value-for-money. Meet and Greet is a great way of saving time and also hassle, especially if you are travelling with a lot of luggage or young children.
Meet and greet at Southampton was poor. As instructed we tried to call the parking company 20 minutes before arriving. We must have called continually for over 30 minutes and the local phone was never answered. The company's HQ eventually got someone to us. We received a 50% refund for our trouble but that did not compensate for the stress incurred. Best avoided.

If you're looking for the speediest and most luxurious start to your holiday, Meet and Greet at Short Stay is the ideal option. In fact, you'll barely have to do any parking.
Maple Manor's expert drivers take care of the hard work. All you'll need to do is pull up in the closest car park to the terminal, Short Stay. Hand over your keys and your fully-insured, qualified driver will take your car to their secured car park. It's as simple as that.
Meet and Greet couldn't be simpler or more convenient - you won't have to worry about transfer buses or check-in desks. So all you'll need to focus on is the start of your holiday.
Your car will be stored in Maple Manor's secured car park, with CCTV and regular patrols.
It's just a short, two-minute stroll into the terminal. And when you're back, you won't even need to leave the airport. Your car will be brought right back to you outside the terminal.
Hints, tips and extra bits:
This service operates from 5am - 11pm daily, but not outside of these times.
It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle's road tax is valid, it holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple Manor won't be able to drive it to the car park, and you also won't be able to get a refund.
If you park for longer than you booked, you'll be charged at a rate of £10 per day.
There is a £1 exit fee upon return.
If you get back early, call Maple Manor as soon as you can. They need as much notice as possible to get your car ready so you aren't kept waiting. You won't get a refund for any unused parking time.
Maple Manor can only take cars that fit into a standard size parking space, which is 2.4m x 4.8m and is under 2.2m. You'll be charged extra if your car is too large.
