- Cheviot Servisair Lounge the lounge was very busy due to a late flight and the airport put every one in the lounge so it was not quiet and a lot of the things on offer were not there

- Cheviot Servisair Lounge everything was fabulous. the only fault i have is that there should be a couple more monitors around the room to show flight information rather than only one monitor... will definatly book again

- Cheviot Servisair Lounge Everthing about the Executive Lounge was good and it was a very pleasant place to pass the time before boarding my flight.
Unfortunately there was a problem with the luggage transfer at check-in which caused a significant delay reducing the time I had to spend in the Lounge.

Mr Foster, 15 Oct 2010 - Staff overworked - too few staff, too many customers waiting for flights for the faciility, which is quite small at Newcastle airport and was therefore overcrowded with insufficient seats for those there. OK once the lunchtime flights left.
Mr Macdougall, 04 Oct 2010 - I think the luggage allowance could be shown more clearly, as in if it has been paid for / included in a 'bundle'. Presently only shown as a small symbol. I'd booked our flight 6 months in advance so when I checked back I found no clear evidence.
Mr Rutherford, 03 Oct 2010 - The lounge was very comfortable and as it was looking out over the runway it was interesting to see the activity, most of which ,as passengers, we are unaware of. It offered us a relaxing stress free start to our holiday.

a relaxing drink and nibbles with a good view of the runway made a pleasant start to the holiday.
Mr Magennis, 06 Nov 2008 - After boarding our plane we had to then get off again because of a technical problem. We were relieved to be welcomed back into the lounge until the plane was ready to re-board. Very clean and personnel pleasant and welcoming.
