What type of hotel could I be booking?
When you book an Undercover hotel, you will either be allocated a 3 or a 4-star hotel. 3-star hotels offer comfortable and clean rooms, with all you need for a relaxing stay. All rooms will have a hairdryer, internet access, toiletries, 24-hour room service and a restaurant serving breakfast and dinner. 4-star hotels have everything you would get in a 3-star but with leisure facilities, like a gym and swimming pool, as well as a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
